lmao whenever I have to present things I get horrible anxiety like I start shaking all over the place no joke

my work is done i just now have to talk about it to people and it was hard to do and i dint want to look like I dont know anything and i am intentionally avoiding thinking about it and trying to just distract myself by being on here.
