Ok, hon, here's what you should do. Find something to focus on, TV, your pet, a book, something to take your mind off things. Find something you can fiddle with, a piece of fabric or an old lego or something. Do whatever you can to make yourself feel tied down to the moment.

Basically find things that feel real, and concentrate on them until the feeling passes.
