America has this thing where you can never UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE use a dirty fork, so we always use "fresh forks", calling some one a fresh fork is an insult.

Aww, I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I actually have an amazing therapist who is very respectful of boundaries, unlike some people glares at parents, so I guess I got lucky.

I'm actually thinking about coming out to him, as he is probably the only person in my life who will bother to listen. I'm kind of excited about it.

Haha mine was awful. I hated her. She didn't help at all, just traumatized me further XD
