please help I hate existing
Love for others. Love others and you will find joy.
I know it sounds cheesy. But that's what I find is true.
Well, do you have anything you're passionate about? Music? Any pets? Shows? Books? Any writing you've been working on? Those are a start. I see you're new so I'll tell you that I'm here for you if you ever want to vent or just talk. I also hate existing, but if you can't exist for yourself, exist for others.
That's right. Existing for others seems to be good advice. Be happy when the ones around you are happy. Find happiness in comforting them when they're not happy. Do for them, but also make sure to enjoy yourself.
Suggest your favorite food for dinner. Listen to a song you like. Live for the little things. It can be truly pleasing. Try to live your best life to see the ones you love happy. Revel in their happiness.
Maybe the issue is you're focusing on existing and not living, Existence can be down right terrible but that's what Living is for. Live your life, do something with it, I always feel like crud when I don't do things with my life and I feel like a waste of oxygen, I felt like that for a really long time, even now I still struggle with it. I've found the best way to avoid feeling like that is to do something about it, and most importantly. Dont.Let.People.Walk.All.Over.Your.Life. It's yours they cant have it it is yours to do with what you please, I don't know why exactly you're unhappy it could be any range of things. I find remembering to take care of myself from time to time helps a lot with self image and so on so forth. Hope something in here helps like I said I don't know exactly what the source of your not wanting to exist is so I just put a few ideas in a mess of a thing.

Follow that advice too. Relsey here is totally right. Self-improvement is a truly wonderful thing as well. The more you learn, and the more you grow, the better you will feel about yourself. It is truly amazing how much it can change you if you're willing to commit to it…

Listening to happy upbeat music is also a good idea, I'm not saying to not listen to sad music because my favorite song is extremely depressing and sad, but when you already are upset you want to surround your self with things that make you feel better and not negativity. If sad songs are your thing and they make you feel better, go for it, listen to music that makes you happy.
Learn to accept your shortcomings. Getting rid of my fear of failure has been one of my main goals for the new year and something I've struggled with my whole life, but once you start to figure it out you'll really start to gain confidence in yourself and see a brighter future.
