Anyone here trying to improve themselves mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually, morally, or in any other way? Then head on over here, where we can all support each other and maybe share knowledge, technique, support, and experience!

@Masterkey

Went out right after I woke up at 7 and stretched and all that. After the first couple sets I started feeling lightheaded, so I came home to eat. I'm about to head back out now actually.

@Masterkey

No not cool XD

Well good luck with that. I'll just enjoy my sprints and playing freezeball with my friends later today. :P

Mostly just the following…
-An hour of studying in the subject of mathematics and algebra.
-An hour of studying the subject of poetry and prose.
-An hour of studying various sciences.
-An hour of studying history.
-An hour of studying pop culture and relevant problems.
-An hour of functional strength training.
-An hour of climbing and swimming of all kinds.
-An hour on the punching bag.
-An hour of bodyweight exercises in a park.
-An hour of general activity between exercises.
-Another one was actually planning this schedule.

@Masterkey

And I'm sore all over from simple morning sprints, playing sports with friends for three hours, and then working the nightshift at a grocery store.

Hey, I've been doing this a while, and I may get sore as well sometimes.

In fact, I rarely need a rest day, but I think I might take one today. I'm all duct tape and safety pins, inside and out. (Figuratively of course.)

Hello, I'm a runner and I lift weights. I also do meditation, Taijutsu, and I'm a Christian so I try to grow in faith. I also study outside of school and am am pretty good in the Japanese language.

You do you! I think you know that I do weightlifting, running, boxing, wrestling, kung fu, meditation, and I study mathematics, literature, science, history, human psychology and human physiology, as well as popular culture. I'm also working on my morals, eh?
