Charlotte whimpered, and, pointing to a shadowy corner, slowly backed away, right into a masked figure.

(Here is were we left off)

"Shoooooott." Dwayne whispered, looking at the masked men, "We're dead."

Charlie screamed into the fabric of the masked figure’s glove, but the sound was severely muffled. She was dragged away, kicking and screaming and trying to tear apart her captor, while the others were forced to watch. There was nothing they could do.

He franticly looked around, searching for something that he could use a weapon, but there was only sheetrock and dirt under his feet and the men has guns and metal sticks… There was no escape, they had to surrender.

Danni stood frozen on the spot, she couldn't move due to the terror runningthrough her veins. 'Why did she join them?' She thought to her self. She couldn't think of a thing to do.

Evie stopped fighting and instead moved a little closer to the group, eyes wide with fear. Leelah did the same, backing up against them.

The last thing Charlie thought before she felt a pinch on her back and everything faded into complete darkness was, please let them get away.

Lowering his arm, Dwayne surrendered himself to the shady men, he knew by fighting back he would just hurt or killed himself. Sighing deeply, he said to the others softly, "We trespassed onto public property and we intended to steal, this is our punishment."

Danni knew he was right, there was no escape and she couldn't run, there was no other option. It was too late.

“You call this is punishment? This is insane!” Thatcher hissed, backing up a few steps.

Dwayne short him a quick, hard glare, "Just go with it." He hissed, "There's no turning back."
One by one, the men in black masks came and hand cuffed the small group. What was the point in trying to run? If they did the men would inform the authority's and then they would be a criminal, but whatever laid ahead, they all hoped it would not be to painful.

Evie whimpered as they cuffed her. “I’m 10! I can’t go to jail!”

Danni stayed silent, even if she tried no words would come out, this was happening, this was really happening.

"There was a person who went to jail at 12, you not that far from that age Evie." Dwayne blurted out, "I'm sorry…"
