Felix walked over at the car. It looked like… well, it wasn't really new. He felt the doorhandle. Locked, of course. He kneeled next to it, checking out the lock.

Elizia sighed, mentally beaten, and turned to go up the stairs. Taking the last empty room to herself, she fell onto the bed face first and cried. Not pretty crying, either. Just gasping sobs and punching the bed, all muffled. She doubted anyone could hear her.

She didn’t care if anyone did. She just needed to….

Vent it out, sis. Vent it all out, out into the air. Into the workshop. The bed underneath you, the walls around you. Vent it all out on that.

The words sounded like they came straight from yesterday. Brella…

Elizia could do nothing but continue crying.

Seeing that Mar was fine, Ayuni closed the door. Then, she heard the sound of someone crying coming from the last room. She peeked into the room, and watched as Elizia cried. Ayuni stood there, unsure of what to do.

“What do I do now, Brella?” She asked the pillow she was crying into, “Where the hell do I go from here!?”

The door creaked open.

In what felt like a second, all of her tears vanished. The room was illuminated in neon blue as her wings flashed out, feeding energy to the pistol in her hands. She was already lined up when she noticed the wolf ears, then inspected the rest of the face. Ayuni stood there in the glow.

Elizia lowered the gun, placed it on the table next to her bed, and stared at Ayuni. After a few seconds of silence, she stood up and turned her back, stripping her pistol of ammo. “If you have something to say, spit it out,” she muttered.

Felix managed to pick the lock, and the door opened easily. No alarm went off. Good. "Okay, anyone who knows how to hotwire this thing?" He asked the others.

"I can try, can't guarentee it will be fast though." He answered remembering his days of helping his uncle in a mechanics shop.

"Well, you're all we got right now," Felix sighed. "Go ahead and try as much as you want."

Jae sat down in the drivers seat and inspected it a bit, it was an older model so he figured it wouldn't be much different than what he has done before. He pulled the wires from beneath the steering wheel and took a minute to figure out which set was for the ignition. He cut and twisted 2 together, making the dashboard lights come to life and then carefully cut to others and sparked them together. Successfully starting the car. He revved the engine and yanked the steering wheel to one side in order to unlock the steering mechanism. After all this was done he turned to the others. "Whose driving?"

(Don't mind me as I look up how to hotwire a car)

"I can drive," Felix said, his heart skipping a beat as he remembered something. "Simon… Simon taught me how to."

Jae nodded "Alright." He hopped out of the drivers seat and went around to the passengers seat. He decided not to ask who Simon was as it seemed like a bit of a sensitive topic.

His mind still a bit lost in thoughts, Felix sat down in the drivers seat. He looked at all the buttons and controls and tried to remember what Simon had told him. He then started the car.

(…says the person who has never ever drove a car lol)

“If we need to switch off I can drive as well,” He said getting into the back seat. Well he doesn’t legally have his license but he’s been driving for a bout a year.

"I was just checking on Mar, and I heard you crying, so…I just wanted to make sure you were okay." Ayuni said quietly.

(Aah! I’m back, sorry for taking so long!)

Elizia wipes the tears from her eyes and laid the ammo on the nightstand next to her. “I’m fine,” she said, trying to keep her voice stable, “Having a rough go of it, is all. Is Mar asleep?”

Ayuni nodded. "Yeah. She's asleep."

“Good. She’s a sweet thing.” Elizia answered.

She turned to Ayuni, “You’re probably tired as hell. What are you worrying about a crazy ‘ol engineer for?”

"Well yeah, of course I'm tired. I just feel better if the people around me are safe." Ayuni said, thinking about her sister. She wondered where she was now.
