(Oh cool)
Raz nodded and mumbled a thank you before going to find somewhere to huddle up. She would usually sleep or rest in places that most people would deem 'uncomfortable'. Up in the rafters, in a crawl space, cupboards, basically anywhere but a bed. She only slept in a bed every once in a while when she was truly exhausted. She fiddled with her hood as she wandered around the ship.
Haslo stepped on the plank connecting the ship and the land. He nudged his bear, Hoss, across the connector before crossing over it himself. "Phew.." He pat his bear and looked at his surroundings
(May I join in that case?)
(Of course, as I said, everyone is welcome, sorry for the late response, btw, I was at school and we aren´t allowed to use phones or anything like that for that matter…)
Everything was going smoothly as planned by the captain and some other soldiers back in Arcata, however, there was always risk, "Guards!" someone shouted, the crowd rushed to get inside of the ship as the captain screamed something to the crew, and between the shadows and panic a boy in red robes steped in.
"Go away…"
Suddently the ship was surrounded by a wall made out of water and the ship started to move, fast, faster than wha an actual ship should move, like the sea was carrying it.
The boy´s eyes were black, glowing blue irises and white pupils.
Adrealasys…
(Okay, so here he is at last)
Name: Pelleas Saevel
Age: 217
Gender: Male
Country: Nashira??
Race: Sun Elf
Magic and mark: Earth magic, mark at the small of his back
Appearance: Darker gold skin tone, bronze hair, striking gold eyes, clean-shaven, tall even for an elf, intense gaze, several scars in various places, the most noticeable of which are a few small white scratches on his face under his jaw and a scar near his mark.
Extra: Loves the outdoors and sunbathing, proficient swordsman but much prefers using magic in a fight, as it feels more natural, really squeamish around blood, actually kind of hates fighting, won't eat meat unless he has to (although is usually more okay with fish)
(Let me know if I need to add more. I don't feel like I did much)
Raz stumbled when the ship cast off but regained her footing quickly. She looked over at the dwarf who had come on before making her way towards him. "Might I asked when you brought a bear onto the ship?" Raz asked, slightly confused. Did he ride it or was it a familiar or pet?
(Nah, is ok, and you get thecountry right, I´m working on a clearer version of the map, btw, also, bear? did I just spelled beard wrong again? well, the ship is big enough for a bear so go ahead, is ok, sorry in case I actually wrote that instead of beard, english is not my mother tongue…)
"Ihne! u´thanm!" vrarayan, the language spoken on Imine, the voice of a boy, no, a man, a young one, loud enough to be heared by the captain at the exact moment an arrow passed right next to her, landing on the foremast…
Kearo picked the arrow, carefully inspecting it.
"Amaicae…" the posion used in weapons to hunt down mages… "Those bastards…" if looks could kill, the one on her face would be the deadliest, "Nuri! watch out!"
Pelleas watched as the water rippled around the ship, and he was rather nonchalant when an arrow sailed by overhead- at least more than he should have been. He was so used to being hunted down at this point, he almost felt a sense of invincibility. Besides, such an attitude was all he had to fight against the crushing chaos around him.
He pushed his way to the outer edge of the deck to get some fresh air.
(Updated to map for something easier to read Invalid Universe ignore the random stroke on Arcata, I didn´t realize it was there and I accidentally drew on the background layer…)
Suddently, the boy who responded to Nuri collapsed on the floor, an elf dressed more like a fighter than a medic rushed towards him, the captain ordered more mages to defend the ship as the elf, whose´s face was more visible and was clearly a moon elf was trying to help Nuri, pressing his chest like he was trying to get water out of his lungs, "Somebody better rush into my room and get my stuff!" he yelled at the crowd who has been watching the whole ting, "To the left at the botton, a brown bag under my bed! now!"
Raz watched as an arrow struck a man and everybody began to rush to help him. She sighed. She was used to being under fire, though when she heard the arrows were poisoned her head shot up and looked at the boy on the ground.
(Using blood magic, could Raz potentially get the poisoned blood out of his system?)
(Yes, she can, but the thing about amaicae poison is that it´s specifically made to hunt mages mages so it would be quite difficult)
"Don´t die, don´t die you little crap, we need you, we need you" the elf seemed frustrated, with good reason, not only was the boy nothing but a kid, but he also was a water mage, someone who can make the sea be on their side and most likely, he was close with the crew.
"Someone better help me with this!"
Raz sighed before walking over quickly walking over. "I can try to help." She said as she kneeled down next to them. "Where was he struck?"
"Right shoulder, do what you have to do and I´ll work on getting the water out of his lungs" he continued to press the boy´s chest, muttering to himself, "Stupid adrealasys…stupid hunters…stupid arrow…"
Pelleas noticed some commotion arise around where the arrow had flown. People were pushing and crowding to get closer to what happened. Someone must have been hit.
Pelleas shoved his way through, hoping to help by quelling the crowds a bit.
"Get back, get back!" he barked, "Crowding and staring isn't going to help anyone, now is it?"
He was now close enough to see the boy, who was down, and a few others who were trying to help.
"Come on, you can do this, you can get out of this…" the moon elf´s voice almost cracked, "Go ahead son, you can make it…" the water was out of his lungs, but the arrow wasn´t gone yet, "Quickly! give me something to cover the wound!" he yelled one more time at the crowd
Pelleas had been busy pushing the crowd back so they weren't in the way, but he heard the request. He unbuckled his bag and pulled out a small med kit he had prepared for his journey. Inside were some bandages, among a few other supplies. He leaned down to the moon elf.
"Here, will this do?" he asked.
His voice was surprisingly raspy, like he rarely ever spoke at all.
Raz put her hand to his shoulder and began focusing on drawing the blood out. She took all the immediate blood out of his shoulder and tried to see if there was any more in his system.
Pelleas took one glance at the wound and Raz conducting some sort of blood magic, and he felt a bit dizzy. He turned around hard to avert his eyes, but he still desperately wanted to know what was going on.
"Thanks! may Galara bless you!" the elf looked relieved as he took the bandages.
"wdAwd… wah twe…" Nuri tried to talk, but he was weak and could barely stay awake, everything was spinning and he felt like something was burning on his right shoulder, "Not now, Nuri, you got shot while you were in adrealasys, now rest, we´ll take care of you…"
Raz sighed, once she got all the poison and backed up a bit so they could properly treat and bandage him up. She began to go try to find a corner to curl up in. She made eye contact with Pelleas as she passed him.
"TWHENKS! the boy yelled, the moon elf made his best to keep him down so he didn´t hurt himself
Pelleas saw Raz look at him, and he stared back, gold eyes fierce and focused. He acted like he wanted to say something, yet the words escaped him completely, so he just continued to stare.
Pelleas stole another glance of Nuri, but his knees went a bit weak. He started to walk away.
The fight wasn´t over, but it was for Raz and Pelleas, screams, blood, people getting hurt, that´s the usual for a mage, at the distance a white haired woman was making all the arrows go away, at least the tip, someone else took care of the guards hunting them, the usual stuff
