Max was surprised but kissed back.

Mickey broke from the kiss, smiled at Max…..and jumped.

Max smiled back and jumped after her.

The fall felt really long, but it was over quite quickly.

Max kept his eyes shut, waiting for pain to start spreading through out his body.

Mickey was surprised when she felt no pain. She stood up, and was immediately terrified by a blanket of red covering her face (hair).

Max was surprised as he opened his eyes, terrified by wisps of light stuff handing in front of his eyes (hair).

"Max!" Mickey yelled. "I think I'm bleeding!" (they know about blood even though it rarely happens)

"Wait what?!" Max yelled, quickly getting up and running over to someone who had Mickey's voice. "Wait….who are you?" He said, slowly backing away.

Mickey felt the red stuff and realised it was hair? She parted it and looked at the person with Max's voice. "What do you mean, 'Who am I?' It's me, Mickey. Who are you?"

"You're not Mickey and I'm Max, who else would I be?" He asked, ignoring the wisps of light stuff in front of his face.

"I am Mickey. But you can't be Max."

"If you don't think I'm Max, ask me a question only Max would know and I'll do the same."

"What's my deepest, darkest fear?"

(She always lies and says 'That dolphins will learn to walk on land and shoot acid out of their blowholes'
But it's really 'Being forgotten. That no one will remember me. That my family won't remember me because…..because they'd rather forget that I existed')

"Being forgotten."

"That's a lie. If you were really Max, you'd know all of it."

Mickey nodded. "Now you."

"What is my weakness?"

(He has a lot on weaknesses but his main one is that he would take a bullet for anyone within a heartbeat.)

"That's hard because you have so many. But you talk about taking a bullet for absolutely anyway in a heartbeat."

Max nodded, "Okay then."

"Max, we look so different."

"I figured that out."

"Are we…..dead?"

"I don't know."
