@JayMarae Aaah that's no problem. Though a simple explanation of "I don't know what this means" would've given me a heads up. Basically it's to make sure that everyone reads the rules, so if the codeword is apple, then you'll find somewhere in the rules it will say (codeword is apple)
(This is a group rp right?)
(Yeah I'm pretty sure it is)
(Hey @izzyandgrace I think I'm gonna drop out of this one. It's taking a little to long to start, and I'm in around over 30 roleplays, so see ya guys, I hope you have fun!)
(Yeah I think I'm gonna back out too. Sorry.)
@Painted-Iris OOF I didn't see that post earlier. So sorry to see you go, but I understand. @_Write_Where_I_Wanna_Be To you, I have the same message. I'm really sorry to see you go, but I understand.
(1. Her first name is Lata. 2. Read the comment above.)
@Euric_Knight Yes I would love it if you joined.
Sawyer Karjalainen // Nothing really fits them // Agender // Witheld (They just glared when asked) // Korean complexion, black hair, dark brown eyes, not really masculine or feminine face, flat chest, lean, muscular, 5'9". // Mother, brother, and sister who live far across the country // 23 // I don't know what codeword means // Telekinesis, but instead of commands by the mind, they are done by dance (more detail will be known in the RP) //
Aaah you don't really need the codeword, I just wanna make sure that you've read all of the rules.
@PrettyLittlePyro Yes, several people have dropped out already. @Euric_Knight Are you still willing to join? I'm still waiting on a response…
Well no one has said much
No I asked if you read all of the rules
I'm still in, I'm just waiting for it to start, and then a moment I can jump in.
Alright, well I'm going to start with the people already accepted now so here we go peeps//
Grace is in in Chemistry, her first class of the day. Several other students, including Amber, are in the classroom already, hard at work. Amber looks up and sees that the student who just walked in is Grace, and looks away. Grace doesn't mind much, she's used to it. She sits down at an empty table. Suddenly, Grace has a vision of Amber going up against Ezra, the most popular boy in school, but everyone who would usually vote for Amber votes for Ezra. Grace sighs. Amber and Ezra are some of the most popular students. And they're both running for president. Whenever Grace has a vision, she feels a compulsory urge to tell the person or person(s) involved, or the most affected. In this case it's Amber. She just couldn't help it. "Amber." Grace pokes Amber gently in the arm. "What?" she says, annoyed. "You're going to lose. Ezra will win, and you will be humiliated." "Really? You're going all weirdo on me NOW? You just want me to back out so you can win, right? Well too bad." Amber flips her hair and turns around. "I can't believe her sometimes. I mean, omigosh. Really? That wasn't very subtle AT ALL," Grace can hear Amber talking to her friends. Grace takes a deep breath. She isn't even running for president.
Danny was working on his worksheet in chemistry class when he couldn't help but hearing Grace warn Amber. He believed Grace, so when Amber turned to talk trash about her he just couldn't help himself from…
"Ey," he says, turning back towards Amber and her friend. "Everything that comes out of your mouth belongs in the trash can, so why don't you stay in there?" He then turned to Grace and smiled at her. "Don't you agree?"
Grace laughed softly. "Y'know, it's not smart to mess with her…" she replied, seeing Amber give Danny a stare. If looks could kill…
"Not much I do is considered 'smart,' but it always works out in the end." He gave her a wink and went to continue. "So, Miss Amber over here thinks she can win president? That's strange. I thought people would want the best."
"What do you mean?" she asked, gripping her pencil that she somehow had, she didn't know when she had gotten it out of her backpack, but sometime between her replies, she had pulled it out. (If y'all want to know what happened so basically, she, not knowing it reached into her backpack for a pencil, ready to sketch)
"Heh," he says turning to her again and lowering his voice. "What I mean, is I'm good at getting out of trouble, even though trouble is good at finding me. It's quite the skill I have." He takes his pencil and gets back to work, deciding the damage was done and it was time to let everything drop for a bit. He liked a little bit of jesting, but when it came at the cost of someone's feelings he normally didn't go full-on. Even if they deserve it.
Swish turned in his seat rather abrubtly, a stern look on his face. "Would you mind keeping it down? We're trying to get something done," he explained, not unkindly, but in a no-nonsense tone. "Aw Swish, don't be like that," Eugene whined, also turning to better focus on the conversation. "Sorry about him—he's used to paying attention to things so that I don't have to," he added, reffering to the chemistry class. It was a half truth. Swish really did fill him in on everything he missed, but Eugene never asked him to. "So what's this about Amber and running for president?" the witch asked curiously.
"Oh, nothing. Grace here just foretold her demise in the runnings at she completely ignored it. Quite rudely if I do say so myself." He didn't look up from his work as he said it. As he said, the damage was done and he actually did need to pay attention in class. Grades don't stay high by themselves. He forced himself to listen to the class, even though in the back of his head he knew he could be easily distracted.
