Won’t say that I don’t enjoy it though he smiled as he showed Ara this page. He looked at the sky for once. Capturing the movement of the clouds, he voicelessly sighed and showed Ara another page.
Honestly, I don’t want to kill anyone in this year’s game
Ash quickly made her way back to her room and nearly collapsed, making it to her bed before flopping onto it. That's it. I'm never leaving this room again.
Ara raised an eyebrow Whalen he wrote that. Was he seriously firting with her? Then she frowned at the second part of what he wrote. “Why not? That’s what we do. Killing is the entire part of the Games.”
Yeah, I know… it’s just that… even though I’ve killed people during my hunting times, this is the first time I’m killing innocents and I kinda feel bad about it He knew that it wouldn’t matter to Ara anyway. He just needed to make it clear that he was agonizing with himself in this situation.
“But these aren’t innocents. If anything, they’re worse than the other people you’ve killed are.” Ara looked confused. She had never thought about it that way. Killing came easily for her, and she didn’t care who she hurt.
Royce raised a brow.
Not innocent? Can you explain more about that part?
Ara sighed and rubbed her face. “Did you see Air girl? Fire girl? Fire boy. Earth guy? Those all seem to have experience. That Air girl? She seems like she would kill someone in the blink of an eye without regret. Like me. And Earth guy seems to have a dark side to him. Heck, even Fire girl seems to have a hidden talent.”
Eh… true Royce accepted and turned towards the fountain.
Ara raised an eyebrow. “Still worried about it?”
Seong-Jin sat on the bed, his arms crossed pouting a little.
"Who do they think they are?"
He looked at the girl, he once again forgot her name, but he didn't want to ask her again.
Caya narrowed her eyes. "The Water District people have always been… snobs," she said distastefully.
A little, yeah Royce replied.
Ara shrugged. “Don’t. If it makes you feel any better, I’ll do the killing for you. And you can just watch as I rip the spine from each of them.” She smirked.
Uh, I would kill them if they did something to either of us so… I’ll still be killing them, I just need a reason to do so Royce added to his previous statement.
“That they’re stopping us from getting back? Isn’t that reason enough?” She raised an eyebrow at him.
Okay, fair reason He accepted.
So since we came to the conclusion that we’re probably gonna kill all of them, which ones should we go after first? He asked.
Kai knocked in a pattern one more time, just to make sure. Then waited for a few seconds before turning around and staring down at a fountain.
Seong-Jin stood up his wings tensed up.
"well….. Are they even allowed to come in here?!"
He said angrily…. He liked his privacy.
Kai started humming to himself, quietly.
"They shouldn't be," she snapped quietly.
He got an idea. So, he turned around, knocked one more time, and then talked.
"Hello? Seong-Jin, you in there?" he whispered with a smile.
Seong-Jin paced around the room
"next time ill just kill em"
Caya heard the whisper. "For you," she muttered, pointing to the door.
Seong-Jin whipped around and looked back at the girl.
"I SWEAR"
He swung the door open glaring at the figure in the door way. Once he noticed he relaxed.
"oh… hey…."
He says quieter than usual
