The next day…
Sam got off the bus.

Sydney was near the entrance of the school, looking around. She had forgotten to say something the day they went to McDonald's, so she was waiting for the group to arrive.

"Hey, Sydney!" Sam said

Haidey got out of her mom’s car and waved. “Bye Mom!” she smiled as she rushed to the others.

"Top of Morning, Haidey!"

“Hiya Sam!” Haidey smiled.

"Ready?" She asked

She nodded.

They walked in together

(I'm being left behind…)
"Bye guys." Jodie said as she got out of the car. Fandroid was leaning out the window waving and shouting things like, "Have a nice day! Don't ditch class! Make some friends!" She had a feeling this was going to be an everyday thing. She waved back and approached the others. "Hi."

"Oh, Hi Jodie! What did you want to do yesterday?" Sam asked

"I was just thinking we could get to know each other. Sorry if that wasn't clear yesterday. I tend to talk a lot when I'm nervous." The pale girl answered.

"You good, lass! Tell you what. Meet me at my house after school."

A bright smile covered her face. "Ok, I will! See you then!" Jodie then briskly walked to her first class, excited for this afternoon.

"Alrighty!" Sam and Haidey walked to class

“This is going to be a good day! I can feel it,” Haidey smiled.

"Agreed!" Sam smiled

“Let’s head to class. I don’t want to be late!”

They ran to class

Haidey slid into a seat, hoping the teacher didn’t notice.

Jodie spotted sam and Haidy walk into her classroom from where she was seated in the back corner. I didn't realize we had the same class.

"Hiya, Jodie!"

At being addressed, the blonde perked up and, with a smile, silently waved. Class was about to start and she didn't want to make too much noise.
