"…Do you want some water or something?" They took off their headphones and set them on the bed

he nodded

They grabbed a water bottle from the case under their bed and handed it to Finn

he just started to chug it

"…"

"let's just say hypothetically you have a superpower and turn into a superhero right?"

Jackson froze. "…W-What?"

"hypothetically of course. and then you find someone with the same superpower, what do you do?"

Jackson frowned. They had never imagined there could be another ink-person, much less one that they would meet. "I'm not sure…"

"huh..ok" he looked at the ceiling, his brows furrowed

"I'd probably freak out a bit- It's not something i expect. Hypothetically, obviously."

"yeah.." he sighed, and just kept staring at the ceiling

Jackson nervously fidgeted with a band-aid on their hand, hoping no ink was visible

he was deep in thought

"…Why do you ask?" If he was onto them, they'd have to leave, immediately…

"..no reason, just thinking like normal" he looked at them and smiled lightly, trying to put them at ease a little

Finn's smile made Jackson feel uneasy.

Does he know? Why is he asking me this? He knows, doesn't he?

"welp-" he patted their leg "-i should go now"

"Ok- Don't die"

"eh, who would care anyway" he got up and stretched

"I would." Jackson watched him, concerned.

"sure you would" he said sarcastically and left, going into the kitchen

Jackson frowned. They were starting to get more and more worried about Finn, and it wasn't fun.

he made himself some simple food and made a little for jackson

They decided to replace the bandages across their body, as it was only a matter of time before the ink on them was obvious.
