"I'll call the school ahead of time, Virgil. Is Logan going to be alright?" Deceit asked, looking his son in the eyes as he walked over to him.
"I'll call the school ahead of time, Virgil. Is Logan going to be alright?" Deceit asked, looking his son in the eyes as he walked over to him.
"I think so, and you don't need to call the office. I can take care of it, but just in case the office might call you. Just like the hospital will call Linda when In done with her son." Virgil growled the last part.
"Virgil, you can't answer violence with violence. Self defense is okay, but even it can only be justified up to a point. I don't say this in a holier-than-thou way, but in a keeping you safe way." Deceit kneeled down to be face-to-face with his angered child, looking him dead in the eye to show he was serious, Deceit rarely really pages attention to keeping the contact unless I'm very serious instances.
"But, he made Lo cry… Fine, i won't hit him. I'm sure Remy can dig up something on him that will make his peers hate him." Virgil frowned.
"That boy you like? I'm not so sure he's a good influence on you…" Deceit trailed off.
"He's fine, he only uses the stuff he finds for helping his friends, usually." Virgil took a few deep breaths, he had started pacing from anxiety. "Sorry about that, i just got really mad."
Logan had left Virgil's room and curled up in the corner of his own by now. A few things started levitating around him as he drew his knees up to his chest, crossed his arms on top, and hid his face in them.
"Virgil, stop. I'm not upset, I just wanna protect you. And Logan, and Roman, and Remus, and your Dad. And honestly? If you want to hang around Remy, as long as he isn't hurting you I think you two will be very good friends." Deceit said. He was by no means ready for his children to begin exploring romance. Remus was already bad enough!
(Bump)
"Papa, I love you, but please shhhhhhh."
(I haven't been active here for awhile, what is basically happening?)
"What? I'm serious! You two would make be good friends." Deceit chuckled.
"Papa, I won't hesitate to use my magic just to get you to stop talking about this." Virgil threatend.
"Worth iiiit~" he said in a singsongy tone, now openly teasing his son like any good father would.
Virgil shoved his hands over his ears and walked out the door, his backpack on.
"Virge! I'm kidding, why such a strong reaction?" Deceit asked, following his son a little tentatively.
"He already has a partner." He called out, plugging in his earbuds.
"Aren't you all a bit young-" but the he decided to simply bite his tongue and swallow his pride, "Virgil. I know you must be upset. Wanna talk about it?" he asked.
"Nope, and papa, we're in middle school. Craps crazy."
Remus sprinted past them laughing maniacally, in his small arms were the cookie jar. He must have stolen it when Patton wasn't looking. Remus almost slipped as he made a mad dash for the stairs but caught himself. He practically flew up the stairs when he got to them.
"Alright then, I'm going to go start making dinner. Y'all need food!" he called, turning to go into the kitchen.
Roman was sitting on a chair drawing a dragon and someone fighting it. He decided he wanted to draw. In his head it looked amazing… On paper it looked like a deformed snake and a stick person/ blob with a toothpick fighting.
"REMUS! I KNOW YOU HAVE THE COOKIE JAR!" Patton yelled from where he was.
Remus slid down the hall, seeing as he was wearing socks on hardwood and ran into his room and shut the door. "Roman! I got the cookies!" He laughed, happily as he stuck his hand in and shoved one into his mouth.
Roman jumped up smiling. "Really?" Sure sometimes they didn't agree… But they were brothers and did scheme together. "I can make a illusion so you look like you're still running through the house."
