"Ha ha." she rolled her eyes. she smirked "Here you go!" she raised a hand and a wave of water drenched him. Lucky fell on the floor laughing

She giggled slightly

Griffin coughed then flicked his hands to get the water off of them, "Hilarious. Truly. Can you dry me off now?"

she waved a hand and the water collected into a ball which she then threw back into the ocean

Griffin sighed and sat down, smiling, "Thanks for that, that was really pleasant."

She smiled "I missed you bro, where did you go this time?" she asked

Griffin smiled and leaned his elbow on Lucky's shoulder."I took a quick visit to downtown Manhattan. Wanted to get a change of venue for a bit." Then he winked at Melody.

"Nice! Dad contacted me in told me that if i wanted to go, the Carribean Islands are decent this time of year. I might go with him for a bit." she said looking down at her feet. The only home she had was this. How long ago was it that she ran away from her Moms new Boyfriend?

Griffin looked at her, a bit concerned. He knew about her past, because he was close with her.(is that okay?) "Hey," he started gently, "If you want to go, go. Don't let any stupid monsters get in your way."

(yep! it could e like he found her huddling in a box near where he lived and idk took her in? kinda like siblings?)
"Yeah i know, but i wish these monsters could be seen." she said quietly. "I'll see you tomorrow Griff…" she smiled sadly and started walking along the shore back to her cabin, putting her hood up.

Griffin watched her walk off then looked over to Melody, smiling with a sad look in his eye. He then shook it off of him and smiled genuinely. They heard the dinner bell tolling in the distance. "Whelp. It seems like we best be getting off to go have some dinner." He smiled brightly then bowed dramatically before standing back up and offering her his arm like a knight would, "M'lady?"

She giggled as she took his arm. "Why thank you, good sir."
