Elina looked up. "Gotta run dad. I'm meeting with some friends." She opened the window and climbed to the roof. "Pollen, Buzz on!" She transformed and ran off among the rooftops. Eventually she saw the ladybug, fox, and turtle.
Elina looked up. "Gotta run dad. I'm meeting with some friends." She opened the window and climbed to the roof. "Pollen, Buzz on!" She transformed and ran off among the rooftops. Eventually she saw the ladybug, fox, and turtle.
Talia chanced looking out the window, and saw the other four miraculous holders standing on a distant rooftop. "Plagg, Claws Out!" She yelled, and was transformed. She opened her window and used her staff to propel her over the rooftops, soon landing with the other holders.
Jolie saw the rest of the miraculous holders as they all made it to one rooftop. "Well?" she said, giving the others a moment to catch their breath. "Do any of you guys know who the victim is?" The akumas were really getting on her nerves. Jolie knew it wasn't the victim's faults, and she certainly couldn't expect everyone to be happy all the time, but she didn't understand why they were all being akumatised.
Adela shook her head. She had really just seen the black butterfly and then watched it as it disappeared. Even if she had known she wouldn't tell them. Not because she wanted to hinder them, just because she wouldn't talk.
"Nope, only just seen the thing myself." Alaine shook his head regretfully. He kept running, glancing around him for some sort of sign that the victim had been using their new-given abilities. "We don't know who it is, nor what they are now capable of doing. But I'm sure we are about to find out."
Alaine was still cautious about the other miraculous holders, despite having some form of trust for them. He had no idea how, or why, they had received their miraculouses, but they must be trustworthy people.
Enchanter burst into the dance studio. "Where is Angelica?"
The dancers all screamed and ran away.
"Where is she?" he demanded.
"Sh-She's not here yet," one of them spoke up timidly.
He scowled and pointed his phone at them. "Vanish!" With the press of a button, they all disappeared.
He turned and left, searching Paris for his love.
"I am… so bored," Mayura complained.
"Would you let me work? Your job is coming soon!" Papillion snapped.
"Fiiiine," Mayura moaned. She pursed her lips as her sister contacted Enchanter.
"Do not forget about our deal, Enchanter. Bring me the hero's miraculouses!"
"I will not fail you, Papillion," Enchanter retorted. He travelled around faster and began to simply vanish people who stood in his way. "Vanish! Vanish! Vanish!"
Elina swang over to the group. "Did I miss anything?"
Talia half ignored the others, looking down on the streets. She spotted people vanishing into thin air, and she perked up. Then she spotted him. "Guys," She said, standing up. "I see him."
Enchanter was nearing the area of Paris where Angelica lived. "Where are you, my love?" People ran away from him, screaming. He smirked. "Vanish!"
Jolie followed the victim with her eyes. Well, he can vanish people? She looked to the other heroes and asked, "What's our plan?"
Adela shrugged. She had no idea what to do, normally the one with spots did that. Why was she asking them anyway?
Talia smiled, teeth glinting. "We do whatever it takes." To be honest, it was all she could think of. She knew how many times her father had sacrificed himself in order for the previous ladybug to do her thing, even if she didn't end up falling for him.
Alaine nodded with a gentle smile. "I agree with Chat Noir."
He turned to the victim, his eyes darting around to see if he could figure out where the akuma might have been. Finally he saw the victim use his phone, pressing a button while aiming at another citizen, who promptly disappeared. "The phone." he stated. "We need to find a way to get his phone away from him."
He began formulating a plan in his head, but didn't share anything until he was certain of everyone's roles in the plan.
Talia stared expectantly. "And that plan would be?" She prompted, already knowing that it would be at least remotely good.
Adela nodded with the cats question. She was just a silent fox.
Jolie, now Carapace, looked to the others. Ladybug normally came up with a plan and she could see he was thinking. "Well LB? You've normally got some type of plan. Tell us what to do."
Enchanter looked around and located the superheroes. A wide smirk spread across his face. "There you are! Give me your miraculouses!" he demanded, aiming his phone at them.
"Don't vanish them until you have their miraculouses, Enchanter!" Papillion demanded.
"I know," he snapped back.
Why was he pointing his phone at them?Adela thought to herself. She shook her head slowly wondering what this kid was thinking.
If we keep moving, and we are apart from each other, he has less of a chance of catching us. I need to find a way to get his phone out of his hands, if I get too close to him he could catch me. I would ask Chat Noir to use her pole, but I don't want to put her in harm's way. What about Rena…?
Alaine glanced over to Rena Rouge, his eyes flickering to her flute.
She could use her Mirage to create the illusion of there being lots of us, that way the victim would be occupied while we try to disarm him!
He stared at Rena, discreetly pointing to her flute, then to the rest of them and mouthed. 'Lots of us, illusion.'
Enchanter narrowed his eyes. "I'm wasting my time… I'll deal with them after I find Angelica." He turned and sprinted off towards her house.
"What are you doing?! Get their miraculouses!" Papillion demanded.
"I will after I find Angelica!" Enchanter snapped, arriving quickly at the doorstep of her house.
Adela nodded to the spotted one before she watched the akuma run away. She let out a long sigh as she followed after. Maybe something different would pop up with circumstances, she wouldn't use her miraculous just yet.
He burst through the door and looked around. The best option was the stairs, so that's what he went with. A thin light streamed through the crack in the door. He pushed it open and found his love sitting at her desk, texting someone with her earbuds in. Enchanter smiled and walked over to her. "Angelica…"
She turned around and screamed. "Who are you?"
"Shh…" he said softly, brushing her hair out of her face. "Angelica, it's me."
Her eyes widened. "A-Aaron? What are you doing here?"
"I'm here to see you. Calm down – this won't hurt at all." He looked his phone and swiped the screen to the right to reveal a different button. He aimed it at her and pressed it. Almost instantly, the girl relaxed and stood up, looking at him admiringly.
Enchanter smirked. "Alright, love. Stay here while I get the miraculouses of the heroes."
"Do you have to go?" she asked in a slightly altered voice.
"I'm afraid so," he replied coolly.
Mayura grinned. "Aww, how cute."
Papillion facepalmed. "Augh! Why can't he focus?" She used her power to reach out to him. "Enchanter, get the heroes miraculouses or I will take away your powers!"
Mayura rolled her eyes. "A little harsh, don't you think?"
"He needs to focus. You remember why we're doing this, don't you, sister?"
"Of course," Mayura replied, narrowing her eyes slightly.
Jolie followed the victim with her eyes. She saw him go into a civilian's house and then come back out, obviously looking for the miraculous holders. "Okay, so Rena, you'll make illusions of us everywhere to distract the Enchanter. The rest of us can just ambush him. Chat can use cataclysm to break the phone and LB can de-akumatise the akuma. That's our plan?" she said, wanting to be sure of it.
"Chat wouldn't need to use cataclysm to break the phone." Alaine said calmly, trying not to frown at the turtle. "Those things can be smashed easily, so why waste time?"
It seems that Carapace had the same idea as me.. Lets just hope the victim didn't hear her blurt out the plan, she should really be more careful.
Adela nodded along, all she had to do was create a bunch of illusions? She could do that easily. She lifted her flute up to her lifts and waited for spots signal.
