Ferris slapped Thomas's arm "you're going to make me laugh," she said with a smile
when the waitress had left Raz released a breath and relaxed, removing his arm from Conner's shoulder "I'm sorry for making such a bold move, but she was pissing me off. you alright Fer? thomas?" he cracked a smile as he saw their expressions "jerks" he turned to Conner "I hope you think I'm not being to forward, I just hate people like that."
Thomas finally allowed himself to laugh, "Oh, that was amazing. You are one bold Man, Rez" he praised, laughing, "Did you see the expression on her face? She really did not like you."
Conner's shoulders felt cold without the arm, but he was too timid to do anything about it, so he just smiled and giggled, "It's alright" he said, "It worked" and I liked itβ¦. he wanted to add, but his throat sized up before he could, his social anxiety coming through to save the day ππ»

"here" the waitress came back with drinks "tea, chocolate,and coffee," one of the coffee's spilled near Ferris "sorry. 'Dark'" she walked away quickly without a word and a cruel smile on her face. Ferris manipulated the coffee into the cup, not spilling a drop on herself "It's alright!" she called shaking her head

Thomas laughed and took a drink of his coffee, "She is entertainment all in herself" he said.
Conner smiled softly, taking a sip of his coffee. He almost spat it back out. She had forgotten the sugar. But he was too polite and awkward to ask for it, so he just kept drinking it, using all of his effort not to pull a face

Ferris nodded in agreement and took a sip of her chocolate, noticing the name on the cup 'dark one' "Oh fun, she also knows her Once Upon A Time references." She smiled and drank some more "so where to next?" SHe looked around the table
"OOoh I know a great place outside of town where you can see the city light at night!" he smiled sheepishly "if anyone interested?"
"you mention night and I'm there." she winked
Conner smiled, "Okay!" He agreed, "Is it dog friendly?" He asked Ferris, reaching down to stroke Loki with a smile.
Thomas smiled, "Sounds good!" He said, kissing her cheek, "As long as you're there"
She leaned into him, enjoying the moment before answering "yep, and if it isn't meh, it's not like they can kick us out. It's Bearbrinks national park. you remember going there right Raz?"
"yea i remember you shoving me into the pond, how can I forget? you got my scar all soaked!" Raz said as he remembered the cold water
"And then I got you a new one." she rolled her eyes and smiled
Conner giggled, "Sounds fun" he said with a smile, subconsciously leaning into Rez slightly, already liking him a bit.
Thomas laughed, "Please don't shove me into the pond" he requested, "my shirt gets really clingy when its wet and it feels all weird" he shivered at the thought

Raz nodded as he too leaned into Conner "I'm winning this time, should we head out now? By the time we get there it be sundown. Then the fun truly starts."
Conner smiled as he felt Rez lean in, "I'm ready" he said.
Thomas raised an eyebrow, "Why am I suddenly scared?" He asked nervously as he stood, placing a twenty on the table as payment

Ferris smiled mischievously, a strange glow entering her eyes "there's no reason to be afraid love, just a friendly competition ." She winked and walked out the door towards the woods near by.
Raz came up behind Thomas "you should be very scared, especially when she starts getting wild." He smiled k owingly and got his dog leashes. "This is going to be fun." He waited for Conner
Thomas blinked, following Ferris. He put his hands in his pockets and looked around, taking in the surroundings.
Conner caught up with Raz and smiled, hesitating before sliding his hand into his, smiling at the warmth
Ferris waited at the "no trespassing" sign for everyone to catch up, the glow in her eyes becoming more prominent as the sun began to dip in the sky
Raz looked down at their intertwined hands and smiled, squeezing lightly before following Ferris and Thomas to the sign, letting the dogs run ahead "I need to show you something when we get to the cliffs, me and fer."
Conner nodded, watching the dogs run off. Thomas took Ferris' hand as they walked forward. Once they got far enough, Thomas paused and stashed his bag and shirt under a Bush because his wings were beginning to become uncomfortable.

Conner blushed deeply at the kiss, grinning stupidly.
Thomas grinned and nudged him, "What do you think?" He asked, watching the siblings flu.
Conner chuckled, "I think I owe you a drink" he said, "He'sβ¦. amazing"
Thomas smiled and slung an arm over his shoulders, "Anytime, Soar"
Conner smiled pleasantly, returning his gaze to the two who were flying around
Ferris dived off the edge, waiting until the last minute to open her wings. Letting out a wild howl as she rise higher into the air "come on!" Waving to Thomas
Raz smiled as he arched his back and dove into the canyon below before rising "you cheated!" He flew back to the cliff and landed gently next to Conner "did I forget to me too we have wings? Yeah kind of a family thing." He said as he caught his breath
Thomas smiled, leaving Conner and Raz alone, running and taking off, letting out a whoop. He quickly gained speed and flew past Ferris, tucking his wings in and plunging into the canyon, waiting until he could see the individual leaves on the plants before unfurling his wings and pulling up, laughing.
Conner smiled and reached out a tentative hand, "May I?" He asked, suddenly wishing in his mind that he was like Thomas and couldn't have wings out without his shirt off
Ferris let out a laugh and followed close behind "waiting to do this all day haven't you?" She called to him
Raz blushed before turning and spreading his wings. He relaxed a bit "must think it weird huh?"
Thomas laughed, "Gods, you have no idea," he said, landing beside her and shaking out his wings, "I've been waiting for that for a long time.
Conner ran a gentle hand over the wings, "Not really," he said, "Thomas and I have been friends for a long time, I just think they're beautiful." the boy bit his lip with a smile
Ferris smiled charmingly and turned to face Tomas. She brought her face close to his, nearly touching her lips with his before leaning back and falling off the cliff.
"Right I keep forgetting you two know each other." Raz shivered slightly as Connor touched his wings, closing his eyes in pleasure "so you're used to ally he crazy things that happen then."
Thomas blinked, looking down with a grin. He jumped off, tucking his wings and falling towards her.
Conner nodded, then realised Raz couldn't see him, "Yes," he confirmed, running his hands gently over the wings, "You never know what's gonna happen when you're around Thomas," he murmured, enthralled by the wings and Raz himself.
She laughed as she arched her back to the wind, letting it wrap her in its embrace as she fell to the ground.
"yea, one minute he's sweet and charming, the next he's beating up an old rival for your sister who he just met that day. Crazy am I right?" he leaned into his touch, letting a sigh escape him
Thomas caught up to her and wrapped his arms around her, changing the angle of his wings so they soared parallel to the ground.
Conner chuckled, "That's Thomas," he said, moving his hands to Raz's shoulders, beginning to massage them a bit
