Ireth let out a laugh. "You forgot your grandmother's name and I remembered? That's so bad."
Ireth let out a laugh. "You forgot your grandmother's name and I remembered? That's so bad."
Fin laughed easily with her. "I have a lot of relatives, I can't keep them all straight." He sat down, tracing patterns in the soft ground.
"Yeah, and I have basically none," She sighed. All she had was her mum, her dad and her baby brother Stoic. No one else.
(Sorry I've been gone, my computer broke so I probably won't be on again for a while)
Fin nudged her. "It's okay, I'll share some of mine. I have plenty to go around." He tried to mentally list all of his cousins, but at this point he considered the majority of their village related in some way to him.
She sighed, looking out at the land. She loved living in Berk, but she knew deep down that she longed for more. She'd never told anyone, because she couldn't really go anywhere. She was the next chief. And if her dad died while she was gone…well, you can't expect a baby to run a village.
Fin looked over at her, his words silently trying to assemble themselves. "Do you want to head back, or stay the night out here?"
She looked up at the sky, leaning back and lying on her back. The thought ran through her head, and she tried to answer it. "I'm cool with either."
A mischievous smile darted onto Finn's face. "Then the night it is. Our parents can survive some time without knowing where we are."
"Yeah, they'll be OK." She looked at him. "What's that smile for?"
Finn looked over at her, the smile turning innocent. "Just a couple ideas. How anxious are you for sleep? Because if you can stay up… We aren't overly far from the borders of our known maps."
"I don't get a chance to look at the stars often," She replied. "Besides, I'm not too tired."
"Then the stars it is!" Finn bounced up and whistled for the dragons. "I don't have a map at the moment, but I think we're familiar enough with the Outskirts to find our way."
"Why don't we just stay here?" Ireth asked, looking out from the cliff as Silvernose nudged her.
Finn paused, looking around. "Yeah, we can. Are you hungry?" He rubbed Asta's neck and followed Ireth's line of sight with his own.
"No, not particularly," She replied, stroking Silvernose's nose.
"Alright. What do you want to do?" He ran his hands up and down Asta's neck, smoothing the scales.
Ireth hopped on Silvernose's back. Without a word, they shot up into the sky.
(I'm really sorry, but I have to drop out of this rp to focus more on rl. Thanks for roleplaying with me, though! I hope you can find someone else to do it with.)
