Kyro looked to yuki making a small huff he smiled at her. “ thanks.. For the blanket..”
Yuki: Your welcome!
Kyro wrapped himself in the blanket, listening intently on the teacher's words.
Yuki: …
Sun-mi took his hand, smiling as well. "Nice to meet you too!" She was silent for a couple seconds after, then getting an idea. "So, what's something you like? I can make you something with my quirk. I like giving my friends stuff! It shouldn't melt unless I want it to as well!"
Hachi smiled a tiny bit. “You don’t have to do that. Just being friends is good enough,” he told her before he suddenly started coughing. He stumbled backwards, leaning against the wall as he coughed.
Sun-mi appeared concerned when this happened. "Are you okay?" She had no idea what was going on, but she did want him to be okay.
Kyro looked back to jay, “ so.. What's your quirk?”
Jay looked up from his sketchbook when Kyro spoke. "I never knew an exact name for it, but basically just dark energy. I can create and use dark energy, that's all."
“ that's pretty cool!” he said with a soft smile.
"You…think it's cool…?" That was the first he had heard anything like that. "Most people just assume I can't do any good with it…"
“ Anyone can do anything. It's just what their heart tells them to do.. “ he said and watched him with a bit of intrigue
With all of the comments, Jay smiled a bit. He trusted Kyro enough to show that he was happy. "You know, I appreciate the advice. Thank you."
Hachi didn’t respond as he continued coughing. He was shaking a bit as he tried to keep himself standing.
Sun-mi remained quiet as she went over to him and steadied him, helping him to remain standing
Just as suddenly as it started, Hachi’s coughing fit ended. He sighed shakily as he slid down the wall, sitting on the floor. “God, I hate when that happens…” he muttered weakly.
"Is everything okay?" Sun-mi asked, continuing to look at him with concern. "I'm not entirely sure what happened there, but it was concerning.."
Kyro watched jay quietly, he seemed so content on just being near his two friends.
Hachi nodded softly. “I’m okay…well, as okay as I can be…” he sighed, leaning against the wall. “It’s just some medical stuff…” he murmured, hating that this happened. He hated that his illness acted up in front of his new friend. He hated worrying people.
She could tell that he hated this, and she understood why, but she didn't want him to feel bad about worrying her. "Hey, it's okay, really. Now I know what's wrong, and I'll be able to help you…somehow… As long as I know you're not going to die, I think we'll be fine."
Hachi went silent, staring at the ground. He didn’t want to tell Sun-mi exactly how bad it was…since he knew she would worry even more. He decided against that, however. “Yeah…about that…”
"I wouldn't be surprised if it could result in death, to be fair…" Sunmi sighed. "However, hopefully we don't have to worry about that. I'm not sure what's going on, but maybe things will be okay." Even when she was worried, she was still optimistic, looking for a good outcome.
Hachi smiled a tiny bit. He really needed some optimism in his life, since most of his other friends focused mainly on his health. “Yeah…maybe…” he muttered, laughing weakly. “Thank you…”
Sun-mi smiled softly. "Of course. You're my friend. I'm not gonna let you live in fear that you're going to die soon. Until something horrible happens, I'm gonna help you live life to the fullest! I'll make sure you achieve your dreams!"
Hachi felt tears forming in his eyes. “I-I really appreciate it…” he mumbled, his voice breaking slightly. Come on, don’t cry. If you cry, she might cry too and- his thoughts were interrupted by him crying softly. “T-Thank you…Thank you so much…”
"There's no need to thank me, really." Sun-mi continued to smile. "I want to help people, and I want my friends to be happy. I know we just met and all, but I consider you a friend." She was incredibly happy in that moment. "I'm always going to try and make sure you're happy."
