Kyro watched the boy intently when he came into the room, he watched as he drew. He wondered what was on his mind to gave such a pissed off look on his face.
Kyro watched the boy intently when he came into the room, he watched as he drew. He wondered what was on his mind to gave such a pissed off look on his face.
Hachi noticed Sun-mi and waved weakly. “Good morning…” he smiled a bit. Despite everything that was wrong with him, he was still focused on being kind and compassionate to his schoolmates. “How was your summer?”
Kyro sighed softly, deciding to talk to the loner. He walked straight up to the boys desk
Jay didn't appear to acknowledge Kyro at first, as he was focusing on some detail in his drawing. Once he finished, he looked up, seeing Kyro. He sighed. "Do you want something?" He sounded rather annoyed, but with his trust issues, he couldn't help but push people away naturally.
Sun-mi looked at Hachi and smiled. "Good morning!" It was clear she was full of energy. "My summer was great! Thank you for asking. How was yours?" There always seemed to be a smile on her face, and she definitely had enough energy for both of them.
“ maybe your attention?” he said with a sharp tooth smile. The white-haired male sat down in front of the other, his white wings twitching effortlessly
Hachi laughed softly. “Mine was good, too,” he smiled, admiring her optimism and energy. “I’m guessing you’re excited about school, huh?” he asked, resting his hand on his hip slightly. “I don’t blame you. School can be pretty great…”
"If you want to ask or say something, just do it." He was ready for any insult that came his way, as he was prepared for that. It was hard for him to let anyone close to him, so he continued to come off as rude.
"I'm glad you had a great summer!" She continued to smile, but it now showed that it wasn't just from excitement. She seemed genuinely happy that Hachi had enjoyed himself over summer. "Anyways, of course I am! I've always wanted to be a pro hero! I mean, I have a good quirk, and I've always been interested in helping people, so it was something I decided on as a kid!" It was clear she was passionate about this.
Kyro chuckled, “ your voice is beautiful.. “ he said, trying to ease the boys attitude
(Had to edit my reply to put both replies in it)
Jay was surprised to actually receive a compliment. He was prepared to receive an insult or a request to fight. "Um…thank you…?" He wasn't entirely sure how to respond as this was a new thing for him.
Kyro smiled brightly “ you're welcome. You must not be told that very often.” he said softly. For a solitary prey he sure was happy to be talking to jay
Hachi laughed lightly. “I’ve always wanted to be a hero too! After my mom died, I wanted to prevent anyone from going through what I did…I want to save people and protect families. It’s what my mom did and I want to be a lot like her,” he smiled a tiny bit, remembering how happy he had seen people react when they saw their families were okay. “My quirk is not the best, but…it’s still pretty good,” he nodded. He was so happy that there were other people who wanted to be heroes for the noble reasons, and not just money. He was also glad that Sun-mi was extremely passionate about this.
Jay started to feel a bit more comfortable around Kyro. Nowhere near comfortable enough to let most of his true self show, but enough to ease up a bit and stop trying to push him away. "Yeah, you'd be right about that.."
Sun-mi felt bad when he mentioned that his mom had died. Her energy was toned down a lot after she knew that. "The whole situation with your mom is sad… I'm sorry that you had to experience that…" She smiled sadly. "Maybe we could work to prevent that? Maybe our goal as heroes could be to keep people safe and return them to their families?" Despite the sadder situation, she had an idea. "Also, I bet your quirk is good. You're at UA. I'm sure we can have a good way to work the idea out if you like it."
He let a soft chirp pass his lips, laying his head down on Jay's desk and watching him draw. He seemed so tired, but he couldn't really help it. It was his nocturnal instinct kicking in.
Jay couldn't help but feel a bit concerned seeing this, as he didn't know why it was going on, but he didn't show it. He had yet to trust anyone enough to show most of his emotions. "You tired?" He sounded more relaxed and neutral than anything.
“Hmm? Oh yeah.. Just a nocturnal thing..” he sat back up and gave a smile, hiding the drowsiness quite well.
"Ah, I didn't know about that. I'm guessing you're a much better fighter at night? It's not a bad thing. Crimes tend to happen when it's dark out." He still sounded rather neutral and not interested, but his tone had softened, proving that he was warming up to the other.
Kyro looked to jay “ yeah actually I am a night watch hero. “ he said
"Oh, that's cool, actually." There was a bit of genuine interest in his tone.
He looked down at his sketch “ so it that,” he said softly
"You really think so?" He was the closest to smiling that he had been in over a year. "I like drawing. It makes me happy."
Kyro gave a soft laugh “ I- I believe you could go far with it! You know what, can I make a request?”
Jay thought about it for a moment before nodding. "Oh, sure, you can make a request. What did you have in mind?"
“ actually I wanted to know if you'd draw me. But not like a realism. Like how you see me. “ he said softly
"I'm sure I can do that. Since no one else is here, I can start now." He grabbed his sketchbook and his pencil and began to draw.
