Name: Beckett Randall
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Appearance: Olive-tan skin with freckles. Average height and weight with a slender build, not much muscle mass. Dark brown eyes with long lashes. Dark brown hair, thick and wavy and usually poking out from under his battered grey hat, which he's rarely seen without. Often has a contemplative expression.
Personality: Beck is very closed off, usually focusing on talking about any subject besides himself. Not a big fan of small talk, he enjoys discussing things that matter, although he also gets a kick out of purposefully absurd discussions, like the type you'd have with a little kid. He tends to get a bit existential over things that most don't as well. He often grapples with feelings of being trapped or confined and unprepared, as well as–though he won't admit it–lonely. Spends a lot of time alone, definitely an introvert. He feels very let down by the world at large, and wants to help others to do better than he is. He desperately wants to feel something.
Background: Born and raised in [wherever this takes place], Beckett and his younger sister Cora had a fairly normal life. Their mother died when Cora was only six, and so Beckett more or less helped to raise her. They're pretty close for siblings, and have always been. Beckett in particular feels as though his father failed the two of them by becoming more distant after their mother's death.

Other: He's got some verbal tics that will make themselves apparent soon enough. Hates geese. May or may not have some repressed memories. Would be willing to die for just about any child. Can't drive. Used to play baseball; usually right field, he tried pitching once and nearly broke his sternum. Reads a lot, but wants nothing to do with an English degree. Adores hiking and going for long walks in the mountains or woods.

Gender: Female
Appearance: Nearly Beckett's height despite being younger than him. Olive-tan skin with freckles, more than Beckett has since she's a soccer player and therefore spends more time in the sun. Dark brown hair that's in-between curly and wavy that she keeps in twin braids. Slender build, but with more muscle definition than her brother because again, soccer. Smiles a lot, especially compared to Beckett.
Personality: Cheerful and happy-go-lucky, Cora is a total sweetheart who almost everyone can't help but love. Likes to poke fun at her brother, and the two make bets to help each other do things they'd otherwise find difficult, like driving lessons and going to a large high school for the first time. An extrovert and quite clever for her age.
Background: Born and raised in [wherever this takes place], Cora and her older brother Beckett had a fairly normal life. Other: Loves geese and ducks, and feeds them at any opportunity. Wants to be a geologist when she grows up, or maybe a detective. Doesn't remember her mother as much as she'd like to, and feels a bit sad about it. Briefly tried cross-country before going back to soccer. Loves climbing trees, and does so whenever she has the chance.

Age: 18
Gender: Female
Appearance: Very smooth, pale, clear skin. Clear, bright blue eyes. She's good at using makeup to make her eyes and her eye color pop. Average height. Thin, lithe build. Honey-blonde hair that is usually styled in loose, bouncy curls. Her hair reaches her heart but the curls make it seem slightly shorter.
Personality: Seems really sweet and demure at first, but she loves to make trouble and stir the pot. She's very good at doing this without people even realizing. If people do see through her sweetness she will reveal ver little about how she is actually feeling. She definitely thinks she's better than everyone else but is very good at acting modest. She keeps up a lot of barriers so that people don't realize that she's not as tough and aloof as she acts.
Background: Grew up in France. Her family moved to America when she was 15. She has a twin brother who moved back to France when he graduated high school. Her family is fairly rich.

Other: Has a slight french accent. She's really good at makeup and wants to be a makeup artist.
