Outfit: Her typical outfit is an olive green tube top, an earthy brown skirt, and brown sandals. (it’s been forever since I’ve actually seen this show so I hope this is semi-accurate to earth bender clothes)
Personality: Friendly, happy, and loves to smile. Penny can be a bit shy at first but loves making friends. Normally she is peppy and somewhat calm, but when she is annoyed or angry she is sarcastic and sometimes rude.
