HARRIET: ”And then there's this mysterious dream beast that seems to like Samuel.” [groans] ”You know if it weren't for all this craziness, this place could have been a lovely hotel.”

DEAN: "Not that I'm complaining or anything, but why do most of our cases that should be quick, easy, open and shut cases eventually end up being complex messes?"

SAM: [Shrugs.] "At least it keeps our lives interesting."

DEAN: "Yeah, I guess there's that."

HARRIET: [chuckles] ”I’d probably complain a little bit. Seriously, it almost sounds like a bad cosmic joke. ”Hey, how can we screw with these people's lives today?” [looking at the ceiling] I don't know about you guys up there, but I ain't laughin’.”

DEAN: [Reading through one of the last love letters and groans.] "They're all about how much she misses Johnathan, and her bemoaning the marriage to Samuel, who she eventually grew to love as a friend."

LEVI: [Finishes reading the last letter and sighs.] "There's gotta be something that we missed." [Grabs the box after getting an idea. Examines the inside closely, feeling around the inside. Feeling a small notch, he presses against it. The box makes a small clicking noise, revealing a false bottom.] Bingo. [Lifts the plate, uncovering another document.]

[The door to the room starts to rattle and shake violently, as if someone or something were trying to break in.]

LEVI: Must mean I'm on the right track. [Skims through the found document.] "Surprise, surprise…. Caleb is Johnathan's son!"

[The door bursts off the hinges, disrupting the salt line.]

JOHNATHAN: "That belongs to me!" [Throws Levi across the room, and even holds the others in place.]

HARRIET: ”Oh sonofabitch!” [struggles against the invisible hold] ”Coward! Let us go and fight like a man! Or could you not fight for Carolyn either?!”

JOHNATHAN: [Clearly angry.] "He belongs to me; he's my son!" [Starts to choke Harriet.] "Shotgun weddings are a bitch, sweetheart."

LEVI: [Struggling against the wall.] "I-it's n-no-not fair; I get it."

JOHNATHAN: "What would you know about fairness, boy?" [Glaring at Levi, murderous intent gleaming as swords in his eyes.]

LEVI: [Coughs up some blood and spits the rest out.] That's not good…. "I grew up without my biological father; I can relate to Caleb on that front."

HARRIET: [fighting for breath] ”W-we k-know he is b-but is this how y-you want him to th-ink of you?”

JOHNATHAN: [Lifts some of the pressure that's on Levi out of empathy.]

LEVI: [Feels some of the force lift up, and slowly moves his hand.] "You yourself were wronged; you not only lost the woman you loved, but your unborn child as well."

JOHNATHAN: "That bitch passed him off as if he were Samuel's!"

CAROLYN: [Appearing. She bears an eerie, old-fashioned resemblance to Harriet.] "I HAD NO CHOICE!"

HARRIET: [getting lightheaded from lack of air] ”Seriously?” That is too weird.

LEVI: [Carefully moves his hand to his pocket during the distraction.]

JOHNATHAN: [Releases Harriet's throat, clearly distracted by the sudden appearance of Carolyn.] "The thing is that you did, you slut!"

CAROLYN: [Recoils, stung by the words.] "Samuel threatened me. He said that he'd kill me if I didn't provide him an heir!"

DEAN: "Well, this is trippy." [Noticed the similarities in looks between Carolyn and Harriet.]

HARRIET: [coughing, trying to catch her breath] Well, that's harsh.

JOHNATHAN: "He threatened you?!"

CAROLYN: [Nods, tears leaking from her eyes, making her makeup run.]

LEVI: "So Samuel held you captive." [Looking at Carolyn.] And you developed Stockholm Syndrome…. Poor woman. [Grabs the ring that Caleb gave him.] Please work!

JOHNATHAN: [Has a cocky smirk on his face.] "That ended when I killed him."

CAROLYN: [Weeping.] "If only Caleb knew that you were his father."

CALEB: [Standing in the doorway.] "He's my what?" [Stunned.] "But that's not…."

JOHNATHAN: [Telekinetically moves the papers that prove this to Caleb.]

CALEB: "Oh…."

HARRIET: ”As great as this revelation is for everyone, can you three please come into the room and let us go so we don't get in over our heads if Samuel decides shows up?” Please don’t let me have jinxed it.

CALEB: "I…." [Falls to his knees.] "I killed my own father…." [Speaking in a hushed tone.]

JOHNATHAN: [Sighs, starts moving towards Caleb, and places a hand on his shoulder.] "Caleb, it's ok…. You faced me as a man, and won like a man. You were fighting for who you knew to be your father, and for that I'm proud of you."

CALEB: [Remains on his knees, crying.]

CAROLYN: [Goes over to Caleb and Johnathan, wrapping them in her arms.] "I'm so sorry that I didn't tell you the truth, Caleb."

JOHNATHAN: [Releases his hold over Harriet and the Winchesters.] "Burn the lock of Carolyn's hair along with the letters, and I'll be gone…. Thank you for making my son learn the truth…. The hair is in the storage closet, tucked behind a loose brick of the original wall."

HARRIET: ”Thank you, Johnathan.” [turning to the Winchesters] ”You guys ok?”

DEAN: "I'm good."

SAM: [On the floor, lifts his arm and gives a thumbs up.]

LEVI: [Landed in a superhero-landing pose.] "Yep, I'm fine."

JOHNATHAN: [Vanishes along with Carolyn and Caleb.]

LEVI: "They have one sad, twisty, dramatic story."

HARRIET: [nods] ”Yeah, that's pretty messed up. I would hope that things get better for them after…” [she sighs] ”We should get that lock of hair and, hopefully, break the soul-bind.”

SAM: [Carefully and awkwardly gets back onto his feet because of his leg.] "Yeah, I'm sure that they're probably hiding out somewhere working things out."

DEAN: "We still have that dream-beast thing and the Men of Letters connection to figure out."

LEVI: [Gathering the letters together, placing them back into the metal lockbox.] "I'm gonna see if Caleb might know anything else about that. Talking to him won't be difficult, especially now that I know that the ring can summon him."

HARRIET: [nods] ”Let’s maybe give them all a minute together before we burn everything then we can ask Caleb.” [she chuckles] ”Never thought I would ask a ghost for help.” [looks at Levi] ”Is that why he showed up when he did?”

SAM: "That sounds like a good idea, Harriet."

LEVI: [Nods.] "Yeah, I think so…. I was acting on a hunch."

HARRIET: ”Lucky hunch.” [shrugs] ”Hey, if I found out I had long lost family; I’d want to spend time with them. Why shouldn't he?”

DEAN: "Yeah, about that," [Looks at Harriet with an upturned eyebrow.] "I couldn't help but notice that you and Carolyn look alike. That's pretty weird."
