Kaito sighed softly as he shook his head yet again. While he hated to accuse his lover of lying to him, he could simply sense that something was wrong with him, and after everything that had happened, he was worried that if he dropped the concern, something serious would occur. He didn't want to get close to losing the person that he loved again, and he was still unused to expressing concern, so it was a strong, overpowering emotion for him.
Somehow, something in my mind is saying that there's more to it than that…

Kaito wasn't incredibly sure about what was going on himself, but he was still incredibly concerned about everything. He wasn't sure how he was going to keep himself calm in a situation like that, as he continued to worry that the one he loved could die. He just wished that he knew what was actually going on with him so he could try to help.

Kaito sighed softly as he shook his head again, confused about why Kokichi was apologizing for what was going on. It was out of his control, so he didn't understand why he was apologizing for it. He was trying his best, but it was out of his control, and it was sudden, so of course he didn't know what was wrong.

Kaito honestly didn't understand why Kokichi kept apologizing for something that was completely out of his control. He wasn't actively trying to make him worry, so he wasn't doing anything wrong. The only issue was that his health wasn't that great, which caused a lot of issues as well as concern.

‘I feel bad for doing it though..’
Kaito sighed softly as he wished that he could do something to convince his lover that this wasn't his fault, that there wasn't anything for him to be apologizing for, but he wasn't sure what would be able to convince him of that. All he did know was that he wanted to help him.

Kaito nodded in response. In the past couple of weeks, he had almost lost his best friend, and as soon as his best friend recovered and returned to school, he almost lost his lover as well, and while he had recovered, it seemed like things were getting bad once more. He truly couldn't help but worry about everything that was going on at that point.
So much has happened… I really hope that this isn't anything serious…

Kaito sat next to Kokichi after he responded. He was still pretty worried about everything that was going on, but he was trying to tell himself that things were going to be alright. Of course, it was difficult since the concern was taking over his mind, but it was still a new feeling for him, one that he wasn't used to, so he couldn't really control it. He just didn't want things to get worse.
Kaito nodded in response before he wrapped his arms around his boyfriend and pulled him as close to him as he could. Maybe cuddles would help make things a bit better, although he was still worried about everything that was going on. He just wanted hs boyfriend to be okay.
Kokichi cuddled into kaito, nestling into the other's neck
Kaito kept Kokichi close to him as their conversation ended. He just wanted his boyfriend to get some sleep so he would hopefully feel a bit better, but he was clearly pretty worried about him. Last time something like this happened, he almost died. He didn't want that to happen again.
Kokichi gave a don't whine as he realized he hadn't eaten yet
Kaito sighed softly as he heard Kokichi whine, wondering what was wrong. He ended up sitting up after a moment so he could ask him about it, hoping that he would get a response and that he would be able to help him out. He just wanted his boyfriend to be okay.
