Rantaro fell into silence after that, waiting for hours as the professor worked on Kiibo.

The professor eventually finished the work and went back to rantaro

Rantaro looked at him. "So, how's Kiibo?" he asked softly. "Is he okay?"

“ hell come out of it ,”

Rantaro nodded. "Is he okay enough to see me, recognize me, and remember our relationship?"

“ he has no problems, he's just sleeping “

Rantaro smiled a bit. "Good. Can I see him?"

“ yeah go ahead”

Rantaro nodded and went with the professor to see Kiibo.

Kiibo lay in bed dead asleep

Rantaro walked over to Kiibo and held his hand. "I'll wait for you to wake up, love."

Kiibo did wake up, tightening his grip on rantaro

Rantaro smiled a bit as he saw the other wake up. "Hey, Kiibs. How are you feeling?"

Rantaro smiled more at that. "That's good. I'm glad to hear it."

"I love you, too, Kiibo," Rantaro smiled.

Kiibo smiled and pulled rantaro closer

Rantaro smiled at Kiibo's actions. "I love you so much, Kiibo."

Rantaro looked at him. "Yeah? What's up? You okay?"
