This seems like something interesting to read about! :D

Well one of my characters will end up dead if she tells anyone her name, so with your question/scenario thing, she'll end up dead either way
Well there isn't just one thing. Sometimes they don't have any secrets that secret. :P But at one point, one of my characters would rather die than admit they have feelings for someone. At another point, a different character would never admit that they wanted to be friends with someone they thought was a complete idiot. At yet another point, a different character would rather die than say he actually likes his father. It's changing all the time. XD
Tasper won't admit that he's scared. Ever. He'd definitely rather die.
My character would definitely rather die than accept help to stay alive.
Rather die than let someone cheat.
My main character doesn't have anything like that. It's not that he hasn't got big secrets, he just prizes his life above everything else.
Pine: he doesn't know what to do next
Aspen: he is unable to fix people's problems
Patagonia: she used to enjoy her job in the Ivy League
Samuel 1: he has killed
Samuel 2: he is favourited over Aaron by his parents
Aaron: he is a disappointment
Haleigh: she's allergic to cats
Jasmine: she never liked Kayleb
Alexis: she convinced Charlotte to break up with Samuel 1
Joel: he likes Samuel 1
Solomon: he likes Alexis
Naomi: she likes Solomon
Rory: he doesn't know how to love Samuel 2
Kayleb: he can't run anymore
At the end of my story Aurora will tell the whole world, but at the beginning she would rather die then tell anyone, especially Ella (her best friend), that she is gay and loves Ella. Sad part about it is that it plays in the future. I don't really think it will be better in 300 years, yeah, so…
Dark and dramatic one: Joseph Hartley would never tell the rebels or the mutants that he could have easily killed them without laying a single finger on him if his temper got too short because of them. . William is so lucky he didn't drive Joseph fully up the wall. He wouldn't tell them because he considers the (still living) ones his family and does not want them to fear him (more)
Cheerful and comedic one: Jet Flannigan-Fritz would never tell his husband William that through all their years of dating and marriage, he never fully knew what Will was saying to him in German. Pick-Up lines, flirtations and sweet romances were all lost on Jet's non-German-speaking ears
My character ends up joining a rebellion, and taking her ¨brother¨ (Creed) along with her, despite them both being the enemy of the rebellion. At one point, she has to fight the leader of the enemy (WHO CONTROLLS THE WORLD) and she would rather die than give up the location of the Rebellion´s base, because that would also mean Creed would be harmed.
Jade values truth over everything, but she would rather die than tell Death she wants to stop reincarnating because it makes her feel tired and prevents her from ever being really honest to anyone.
Would rather die than admit she is billingual and her parents are fighting over her (she wants independence)
My main character John would rather die than admit that he just wishes he could fade away. He has lived for so long and feels so tired. From being seen as a failure in his father's eyes to his mom dying by the hand of his lover whom he thought loved him. He just wants peace and that hurt inside of him to be healed once and for all. John just wants to be loved and accepted for who he really is and is tired of trying to prove himself a thousand times over.
Markus would rather die than admit he's wrong. Markus Nickolas Reyes
Ivy would never tell Milo that her father beat her for nine years.
Mikayla would never tell anyone that she had a Tumblr dedicated to fall out boy when she was in middle school.
Carrie would never tell anyone that her mom was abusive
Devin would never tell anyone that he writes down as much of their conversations as he can remember (for future reference).
One of my characters, in this really dark RP that me and my friend have been doing for a couple years now, is a vampire. His name's Alex and he'd rather die than talk about his past, almost at all, or his father.
And my character, Zeke, in yet another RP with the same friend but its newer, would literally rather die than talk about his mom or her boyfriend–especially the boyfriend.
My character Coallen would rather die than tell the truth about his past. It's too painful for him, and it plagues him enough as it is.
My Oc/Mc Lonan well never tell where the passage way to a secret fortress is, plus the password to the fortress. Where he hid a gem, his wallet, his secret stash of pet animals, his house, his monkey, and his secret girlfriends place.
My character Coallen would rather die than tell the truth about his past. It's too painful for him, and it plagues him enough as it is.
My characters are the same, they have nightmares and wake up either screaming or having a panic attack

Yeah, Coallen used to have nightmares like that, and in times of extreme stress still does. What happened in their past?

It's super dark and I probably shouldn't talk about it on this link :/
want me to message you?

If you want to, sure!
Aqua would rather die before telling someone that he really (REALLY) enjoys fighting and killing people.
Yama would rather die than admit that he has serious perfectionism issues and pride that gets in the way all too often.
Gawain would rather die than go back to his abusive family or tell them how he really felt during that time.
Guinevere would rather die than tell her husband and son that she occasionally misses her family and would have liked to see her parents before they died.
Sharla would rather die than tell her father that she hates all of the pressure that was placed on her and would rather do something she truly enjoys instead of upholding family traditions.
