To be honest she is very flat and doesn't have much character.

Think about her. Look deeper inside of her until you know who she is. Once you have her soul more fixed in your mind think about what she would do in certain situations.

ok so uhhhhhh opposed to that (but that method is a good one too) maybe think of a bunch of scenarios and try to imagine what she'd do in them first. if someone was attacking a friend, would she run? in which case she might be weak or cowardly. would she call for help? logical. would she jump right in and fight back? reckless or courageous. it might help get a better idea of what personality you want to develop for her and will help with determining what kind of person you want her to be. it also might help with realistic traits. think about someone like. her age and gender and something, put it in context, and make sure that it's believable. in general just think about what kind of character she is (but i mean character as in metaphysical personality).

Alright, I'm just going to take what you have and help you get those gears turning based off of that.
Mary Anne is only 6. She is not going to be a very complex character in her motivations, but you definitely need to work on that personality some more.
Mannerisms: This has more to do with little habits and behaviors. Friendly will go better under personality type. Mannerisms are relatively unimportant in actual writing, as you don't want to point out every time a character bites their nails or twirls their hair, or does other little behaviors like that.
Motivations: I would normally ask, "freedom from what?" Actually a 6-year-old probably isn't going to want freedom unless she's in some sort of hostage situation or is abused at home… So either clarify that or change motivations. She might not even have an, or it might be very simple. After all, she's only 6. You can mess around with a few motivations and run them by other people to see if they make sense.
Flaws: Does she take pride in a specific thing? Is she a know-it-all kid? Does she have too much confidence in herself? Clarify. Give her a couple more little flaws and elaborate.
You're missing the personality type thing entirely. List traits. Don't use Myers-Briggs unless you really want to as a loose outline.
Talents and hobbies: fine, but I suggest you add a few more, at least to hobbies
Education: How far in elementary?
Okay, so what I'm seeing here is a 6-year-old who can't be judged the same as a teenage/adult character. Whether you need more depends on 1. what type of story you're writing, and 2. whether this is a main character or not. I can maybe give you some more advice later, if you would like, once you answer those two questions.
