The French, it's coming

Victor and Martha speak fluent French. I'd say that's wholesome.

That is wholesome

While it's on topic, Ara also speaks fluent French. He also speaks with a French-Canadian accent, thanks to being born and raised in Montreal.

Victor has a nice, wholesome relationship with Alice's parents, especially her father, since they essentially took him in after he got disowned.
Also Alice's dad repeatedly tried to set Victor up with Alice until Victor explained he was more interested in Henry. Then Alice's dad just said that no matter who Victor ends up with, he just wants an invite to the wedding and BOOM! Solid respect and friendship

One of my animal characters who isn't on here, Fenna, is a beautiful blue streaky cat with red patterns. He looks elegant and fancy. But he speaks with a thick and harsh Scottish accent when speaking English. When speaking his native fantasy language he sounds extremely Italian.

Heres a link to what Fenna looks like: https://toyhou.se/2370949.fenna#8257171

Bry and Nat both love flowers, and sometimes they'll go out into the city to any florist or nursery they can find, just to look at flowers together.

Val still carries around the skeleton key given to her by a little girl she saved. It's the only object, besides her gun, that she's formed any sentimental connection with, even if she doesn't want to admit it.

Aiko, despite being a villain, really cares for Kaiya, treating him like a brother most of the time. He covers up for Kaiya by fighting him in front of Kaiya's classmates so they wouldn't figure out that Kaiya was a bad guy. He will never admit this of course. But despite all this Kaiya will always think he is mean.

On a similar note, Luke always looked after Raywin hugely, putting himself at risk to try and give her as normal a childhood as possible. He taught her archery and how to fight. He shielded her from the monsters as long as he could. He gave her his hoodies even though they were way too big for her. He brought her colourful feathers from outside the compound to make earrings for her, risking his life to get them.

i cant sleep so im just replying to too many discussions but
Brock automatically remembers everything he likes about someone before he remembers if he doesn't like them
Dustin loves coming up with little parodies of Mountain folk songs for his friends
Charlotte loves sketching stars and someday hopes to go North enough to see the sky spirits she's always heard about
Thalia may be relatively short but she can and will pick up any and all of her friends in a hug if she feels like it
Altan nicknamed Thalia "Enebi" when they were kids to protect her from his culture's evil spirits, as he believes they are the ones responsible for her sister's death. Thalia adore the nickname with all her heart, but only lets him and other Northerners call her that.

@Beck_Wells

Theodore and Jedediah (affectionately nicknamed Ted and Jed) are really open about feelings with each other even though they're emotionally constipated the rest of the time
They are the definition of 'no homo bro' but like,,, they're lowkey gay for each other

@SpaceCadet_Bongo

Kenyan Masai Warrior, Zuri, since Book 1, has always called the little Bhutanese boy Chime, by the affectionate nickname "Sleepyhead".

When Chime is bleeding out to his death in Book 3, her last words to him were.

"Close your eyes Sleepyhead…… you can rest easy now….."

Zuri sheds her first tears, shortly after his departure.

@Kinarymo

Avatar absolutely loves children and cooking. He also likes domestic chores in general.

Hiryur may be a big d-bag 99% of the time, but he loves plushies - he's too proud to admit it.

Rin sometimes tries to draw like Alphonse, even if he has no artistic talent

Alphonse likes to sketch people he likes to calm himself down

Phoenix feels extremely proud of her cooking skills, even though her dishes are overly spiced disasters
