Tracey: 1/10 never initiates the hugs themself and just awkwardly pats the initiate on their back
Steve: 9/10 super warm

Damien: best hugs. 9001/10
Hellyn: 5/10. Is not a hug type of person, but tries to be.

(Project 1)
Thalia: 4/10 Her hugs are pretty awkward and she's almost never the initiator (psst, she's not used to much affection). There's also a chance she'll smack you with a shoe if it's unwanted or a surprise.
Lukas: 8/10 Exact opposite of his sister (seen above^^). The problem is, he's a bone-crusher, so 2 points were removed.
Suka: No. He does not do physical contact, save brief handshakes, and MAYBE a back/head pat.
Hekate: 10/10 would hug again! She's very warm and affectionate, though she can get a little rough like Lukas.

(Project 2)
Finn: 9/10 You bet this soft boy gives good hugs. He's motherly and nurturing, always down for both romantic and platonic cuddle sessions
Kai: 2/10 He just stands there and doesn't do anything. Like Thalia (In Project 1), he doesn't initiate and he will not hesitate to harm you if you surprise him. Good luck with your marriage, Finn.
Eldrid: 7/10 Like Lukas (In Project 1) she's great but a bone-crusher, except less oblivious of it. She'll proceed to put you in a headlock and give you noogies afterward.
Alf: Ahaha no. DO NOT HUG HIM. It's not that his are bad, he's just a sexual harasser and the non-redeemable antagonist. They're fine I guess, 6/10, but getting close enough to hug him would not be recommended.

I can only see Kieron being much of a hugger at all. And he'd absolutely envelop you, but also possibly cause concern for the structural integrity of your ribcage. So…9/10, I guess?

Naomi would be super awkward about it under most circumstances. Hug without warning at your own peril. 5/10.

CJ would have a similar issue, but would be a bit quicker to reciprocate if you were the one to hug him. 6/10.

Brandee is more likely to give you a noogie (if she can reach; she's itty-bitty). ???/10.

Do not hug the Wannabe Evil Archmage. -9999/10.

kacey: 100/10!! she's either a cuddler or a glomper, there's no in-between.
nabila: 6/10. she's not one to show emotion, but she's pretty good at group hugs.
karuko: 8/10, if she's being sincere! 2/10 otherwise. if she offers a hug, be prepared for the noogie of a lifetime.

Cedrix: 0/10 - you're lucky if he even pats your shoulder but this man DO NOT do hugs

Brad: 100000/10 - you'd think his muscles make him uncomfortable to hug but he feels like a warm pillow??? + he'll wrap his wings around you for extra good hugs

Carmen: 50/10 - motherly hugs, v v good, but her hands are kinda cold

Hannah: 7.5/10 - sisterly hugs are good, but she also smacks ur back really hard

Akito: 10/10 - there is no normal hug, he will cradle u like a bby and s w a y bc he can't sit still- it's v v good tho, like being rocked to sleep + he'll fluff up his feathers for w a r m t h

Claudia: 5/10 - she'll prolly freeze up but will give a good gentle hug after a bit

Arlath: 1,000,000/10 He Understands Hugging at a Fundamental Level™ He will adjust his hugs according to the individual, and knows exactly how to make people feel loved and valued.

Boa: 4/10 Boa doesn't really hug. Hasn't in years at this point, and kinda forgot how. Probably used to have good hugs, buuuut then stuff went down and now he doesn't have anyone he really cares to hug.

Ranir: 7/10 great hugs if you know her well, but stiff and uncomfy around strangers. Her hugs are loved by her family, but she only hugs them.

Yllmadaya: 1/10 Hates almost all physical contact and is also extremely pointy. When you hug her there is certain to be a claw or sharp piece of jewelry digging into you
Kydrei: 8/10 Very comforting, knows how to hug. Is soft and kind. Sometimes squeezes a bit too hard or holds on for a beat too long but otherwise an enjoyable experience
Reid: 5/10 Very good hugs when he's emotional and hugging a person he loves but otherwise he is an awkward teen who is embarrassed by physical contact
Sarus: 10/10 KNOWS how to hug!! Perfectly friend shaped for hugging, knows how to be soft and comforting, knows the right hugs for which situations, knows how long the hug should go on. All in all amazing, perfect hugs
Kiram: 4/10 He's so tall that for most people he has to awkwardly reach down to hug them. Also he just doesn't like hugs in most situations
Paz: 3/10 She loves hugs and you can tell there's a lot of care put into them but she's just too strong for her own good and sometimes she is suffocating you
