my story is sci fi, and i need a best (male) friend for my character Corey

Can it be an alien?

What kind of best friend do you want? Do you want the purely best friend kind, the best friend/sibling-of-another-mother kind, or the best friend/love interest kind?

What kind of a person is Corey? You can't become best friends with any personality.
