Do you think you could do one for my Amphibia OC?

Let's see for life story summarized.

Lived alone in ancient times at first, died due to a harsh winter. Was revived by a non-binary Caecilian magic user (who I haven't made yet) who gave her the name Sphenophyllum. After said magic-user died, she lived alone in their base for a while. She is kinda aggressive and doesn't speak.

(Can we just appreciate the fact that Grammarly just contradicted herself.)

Here we go! This is Thaddeus's Playlist! (Note the lyrics)

This was probably my favorite of your characters to do! So many epic highs and lows…

Song 1: Confident by Demi Lovato
I read about Thad (Yes I'm using the nickname) having the self-confidence to fight god and immediately knew this song needed to be on his list. This is him recruiting and earning his name!

Song 2: Icarus by Bastille
Literally this is one of my all-time favorite songs ever. I was SO PUMPED by how well it fit with Thad's story! So this is when he's got the six lesser gods on his side, right? Now imagine the song being sung from the King God's perspective as he knocked the six out one by one and… sisisikfjfieji I love that so much!

Song 3: Way Down We Go by KALEO
My main goal for this playlist business was to force myself out of my music comfort zone, and this was the first song I found because of this! This is playing when he's getting absolutely wrecked by King God and going into hiding.

Song 4: seasonal depression - mxmtoon
At first glance this might seem a bit teen-angst-y for an old man, but it actually fits pretty well for his time in the forest. The note that sunny gold is his favorite color reminded me of this song, and it seems it'd fit well over a montage of him growing older and more disheveled.

Song 5: I Lived - OneRepublic
This is him teaching Sparrow and (even if he doesn't realizing it yet) this is 100% what he's thinking. Literally just wholesome found family. I got Grunkle Stan from 'Gravity Falls' vibes from him low-key so….

That's part one! Pleaseeee give some feedback on whether you think it all fits well, and my compliments to your well-written backstory! Rane and Bane are next.

Part 2! Rane, then a Mini-Playlist for Bane

Song 1: Dance With My Father - Luther Vandross
Wholesome times 'before life removed all the innocence'. I couldn't find a good song for baby Rane in my collection so I tried searching Spotify and I guess everyone has daddy issues except me and baby Rane. I asked my mom a song for a character and their dad and she recommended this song, which is why it stands out a bit from my taste.

Song 2: Princesses Don't Cry - CARYS
Fun Fact: For the longest time I thought this whole song was some weird fever dream I had when I was going through a Gacha Life phase, but turns out it's real. This represents her time at the Academy learning to repress her feelings and commit murder. (someone get my girl therapy)

Song 3: Sleep on the Floor - The Lumineers
Whenever I'm feeling particularly folksy, the Lumineers are my go-to. I felt like the vibe and the lyrics of this song fit well with the days on the run, so it could really be listened to anywhere in the playlist past this spot.

Song 4: Constellations - The Oh Hellos
I'm back with another alt band! I was reading about her loving the stars and the color indigo and this song sprang to mind right away. I have it on one of my own OC's playlists, which I spent hours on, so you know it's good.

Song 5: Wolves - Selena Gomez
This one is a reference to her becoming a free agent / assassin, being on the run, and her fave animal. (Triple reference!) It could probably be anywhere in the playlist after Song #2 as well!

Bane

My goal was to knock two of these a day (if anyone cared to submit characters to me at all lol) but since you sent three I decided to just clear your whole list with this little bonus playlist! Think of it as the DLC to Rane's playlist.

Song 1: A Mother Like You - JJ Heller
This could fall right before the parents dying (love nice family moments) or right after (the angst is real) when Bane is wondering how the baddies could ever do such a thing.

Song 2: Brother - Kodaline
This song is right after Rane leaves the Academy and is all worried. Replace a few 'brother' with 'sister' and you've got an excellent duet (I couldn't find a cover that did that though) so this is basically all the feels with the reuniting siblings.

Song 3; Just the Two of Us- Grover Washington
I have put this song in so many OC playlists, it's just so sweet. You could us it for a romance or (in this case) for two siblings just trying to make it in the world. :'( THE FEELS. This would be during the time on the run!

I left out the bit of meeting Thad and Sparrow, I had too many angst-y songs to add. You could definitely continue the playlists though! and if you ever write the book… hit me up and I'll buy a copy! The story sounds really interesting.

Could you do Eliza? She's a kid who was practicing spells when she wasn't supposed to, and made it wrong. She cursed herself and her twin brother (Who was with her) with a spell. It affected them both differently, and basically her mind got corrupted and she was unable to feel any emotion. She attempts to kill her brother multiple times (Almost always by pretending she is better and backstabbing him) Finally, when her brother is about to be killed, she sacrifices herself to save him and the curse is broken by l o v e. But because they broke it this way instead of the proper way, she still cannot feel emotion. Her mind is no longer corrupted though. She often feels the need to distance herself from others for fear of hurting them.

Song 1: in love - khai dreams
I adore khai dreams, their music is a total vibe, so I'm glad I get to use them here! This is Ray and his wife being, well, in love! It's a nice but short track.

Song 2: Do I Wanna Know? - Arctic Monkeys
Ahh, my quintessential toxic relationship song. This is when Ray's wife starts disappearing to hang with the wrong crowd. It almost feels like it was made for this storybeat!

Song 3: Mr. Loverman - Ricky Montgomery
Did I say that last song was made for this story? Well, this song is even more made for this story! Reading about how Ray still misses / loves his wife but put his kid first anyway was so sad, and I feel like the lyrics of this song and the vibe both fit that part.

Song 4: Have it All - Jason Mraz
I remember when this song played nonstop on my local radio for, like, a week, a few years ago. I read about how much he loved his daughter and knew I wanted this song, but I didn't remember like any of the lyrics. It took a while to find, but eventually I got there. Appreciate my hard work! Lol.

Song 5: Song for My Father - Sarah McLachian
90% sure this played at my aunt's wedding. Think of this as a sort of epilogue song from the perspective of the daughter Ray sacrificed so much for!

Hi! I finally finished. I didn’t have a whole lot of info on the character originally, and my lack of any knowledge of amphibia didn’t help all that much, so hopefully you like this playlist anyway.

Song 1: Pumpin Blood by NONONO
This is for her running freely through the woods as a kid!

Song 2: As the World Caves In - Chloe Edgecombe
I felt like the vibes of this cover matched what I was going for better than the original. The song leads you to assume the singer is talking about their SO, but go into this thinking she’s just singing to herself.

Song 3: I’m into Something Good - the bird and the bee
This is from the reviver’s perspective. You’ll have to take this song a bit more loosely as far as lyrics, because it’s the reviver finding the cave (not their soulmate) This is also a cover to fit the vibes.

Song 4: Girls Just Want to Have Fun - Cyndi Lauper
This one can definitely be changed. Here’s where my lack of character knowledge really shows through, lol. I didn’t know the relationship between the reviver and Rhinestone, so I had to fill in the blanks. I was chilling at the park and half-watching Owl House when doing this, so I ended up lowkey-highkey basing the dynamic on Luz and Eda. Once again, feel free to change this!

Song 5: this is me trying - Taylor Swift
As a Swiftie, I’m super glad to finally include a Taylor Swift song in these playlists! This one is Rhinestone talking to the memory of the reviver about how she misses her but is trying to fend for herself.

Hopefully these fit! If you end up swapping Song 4, let me know the song that you chose to fit better!

I love it. I find it kinda funny how the 4th song was come up with while watching Owl House (love that show, have an OC myself) since Sphenophyllum/Rhinestone/Diamond (she has a lot of names) is an Amphibia OC and those two shows are ones you see a lot of crossovers from.

Also,
I came up with the detail of her story after I posted on here, so don't worry about it. I think Cops and Robbers by The Hoosiers would also work. Why, you ask. Well, the reviver did not die of old age, they were actually murdered by someone from King Andrias' guard who almost fell in love with them but went through with his orders before he could. Sphenophyllum then procedes to kill him out of rage and vengeance. (BTW, the reviver is actually a them.)

If you could write up a google doc / notebook doc with as much backstory as you can, then that’d definitely work. I feel you on the laziness thing, I have only like two completely finished pages on here lol.
