(Hey some of these dialogues are getting a little long. This was what I meant about not posting entire monologues. The point was just to share a few lines, not entire paragraphs. Can we dial it back please?)

"Can we just… drop it," [Character] said, grinding their teeth. "[Other character], you know you can't always get your way. It's time to give up. I still have respect for you, but seeing you try and try like this is driving me mad. You haven't listened to a word we said. Why won't you just let us take you back? We try time and time again to get you to understand, and for you to return, but you don't listen to us. Not a word we've said has stuck in your brain, and you keep passing us off as nothing. We mean nothing to you, it seems. And therefore…" [Character] paused, regaining their composure. "You mean nothing to us." [They/them]
(I hope this isn't too long but if it is I'm sorry! I have a tendency to waffle lol)
This character has a history with the other character and perhaps once (or still does) care deeply for them, but likely feels betrayed by something they've done. It's clear they've tried more than a few times to help this other character, indicating they're relatively caring, but have now potentially reached a breaking point. I get the vibe they don't quite mean that last line because this snippet of dialog seems to be coming from a place of hurt - but I could be wrong. I would guess this character usually displays a lot of restraint and keeps a level head, despite the frustration they're showing here. They also seem…not stubborn or controlling, but borderline pushy/desperate considering how insistent they've been with trying to get this other character to 'understand' and 'return', suggesting that this character might not be very good at listening either. This also makes me think they sometimes do more harm than good when trying to help. Overall they seem like quite a complex and interesting character, one who probably doesn't like conflict, but often finds themself in the middle of it anyway.
"Hm, I suppose you make a fair point. I am an enemy of the state. Very villainous, after all. Nefarious beyond compare." [Character A] leaned closer to [Character B], voice dipping into a stage-whisper. "Allegedly I even sold my soul just for kicks." (he/him)

S A R C A S M DETECTED. I have two guesses for this guy. 1: He's not actually a villain, just a protagonist or even vigilante with a really bad reputation who finds the increasingly exaggerated stories about him hilarious, though my guess would be it hurts in the inside to be so feared and hated. 2: Just a classic goofy villain with a sense of humor. I'm thinking Megamind or Dr. Doofenshmirtz vibes. The type of villain who might not actually live up to the hype, but he still uses his reputation to his advantage (and amusement)
"Jesus sparkles, you can't scare me like that! What were you thinking!? I don't care if it was gonna hit me, you're far more important! (voice breaks) Mina, please. Look, I can't loose you. You're under my care and I won't be responsible for the death of a child. (wet laugh) Even if she does drive me nuts on the daily." (He/him)

DaD fRiEnD! Probably taking care of a kid (might be a sibling or just a caretaker). Loves with all of his heart and is very protective. Kind of exasperated and tired, lives of off coffee. Very sweet with maybe a rougher exterior. Heart of gold, loves kids and animals! Seems like the type to always tuck kids in at night, even though they tell him that they hate it, tries to cook but really can't, would take a bullet for those he loves. EmOtIoNaL. Cries when a dog dies in a movie, laughs at dad jokes but also makes them a lot. Bear hugs! I'm getting tall and broader body type, probably wears hoodies and high tops.
"Bitch you really thought I was dead?" A voice cut through the tense silence like a knife, the sound coming from behind [Character B]. "Well," they laughed, stepping from the shadows and into the light. [Character C] drew a quick breath upon seeing the newcomer's face and shot a look over to [Characters B and D]. "It's gon' take a lot more than a couple of knives to kill me." They smiled, an impish and sparkling grin that sent a chill through the room. (they/them)

This definitely sounds like it's coming from a villain, and probably a very powerful one too. They also seem like they're pretty rough around the edges, and has probably been through a lot and/or had a pretty rough upbringing. Like, I get the feeling that they maybe grew up in a rough part of town or maybe found themselves having to resort to crime to get by (I'm kinda getting like gangster vibes from them).
They're very resilient and they don't give up easily. They're very arrogant and smug, and has a lot of self confidence. They really look down on whoever they're speaking too, and probably see them as inferior in some way.
"Do you ever think before you speak, or do you know how ridiculous you sound but choose to say it anyways?” (he/him)

This dude definitely seems to be the one who speaks his mind. He's not afraid to give his opinion when he feels it's necessary. He also kinda seems like he'd be the kind of guy to give advice discreetly, by telling them what they're doing wrong, but off-handing it by explaining those flaws through insults, if that makes any sense.
"Can't you just let go of the past?! You're just gonna be dead weight if you keep acting up like this!" [Character] screamed at [Other Character], heavy tears flowing down her face. "You act like we don't exist, but when we're in risk of dying, you suddenly show up and play the hero! Like, what the actual fuck?!" [She/her]
They've got trauma & trust issues. I love how this kinda looks like something that I'd write, which makes me think we have similar writing styles and that's cool, but I really want to give them a hug. They seem like they really care about people, especially the person that they're talking to, who most likely wronged them immensely. I hope they get the respect they clearly deserve.
(TW // death mention)
“Listen to me well, darling. When your boyfriend gets himself out of the water, I want you to make yourself some sort of very sharp and very painful weapon and murder him. And make it hurt. But of course, that could still be too nice. So I’ll make it worse for you: you’ll stay completely conscious of your actions. You’ll know that I’m forcing you to kill your precious Jack, and you won’t be able to stop until he’s dead.” [she/they]
