Alrighty, here I go! (btw, I'm not a professional, feel free to ignore)
Her motivation is ONLY: "does not want to be caught by the homunculi." I usually count goals and dreams in this section. Most of everyone has a future dream in mind for themselves, a long term goal. It's really important to give every person a goal that isn't reliant on the MC's goal, because people won't naturally just be like "my life goal is to help this protagonist!" Whether that dream is attainable or not in their minds differs from person to person. But they'll still be motivated by it. The only exception to this are people in deep poverty. These people are usually in "survival mode," where they can't afford to be thinking about anything EXCEPT where their next meal is coming from, where they'll sleep, etc. (That's kind of why you see people who need help getting out of that mindset before they can start to climb out of poverty. They also definitely need material support first, too.)
Similar problem with her flaw: "Her inability to trust and accept help from others." That's kind of vague, and it's her only flaw listed. Try to think of a person you know who has trouble trusting people. What other quirks do they have? When do they open up? What kind of sense of humor do they have? What other problems do you see them displaying? Maybe she could have anger issues, too. It could make sense, since people who have trust issues have been hurt by others, and so she could be quick to judge others and quick to anger because of that.
Any other talents? Idea: her flaw couldn't be ALL bad. Maybe because of her pessimism toward people, she doesn't trust the guy that everyone else does because she thinks that guy is secretly evil. Turns out she was right. See how that could be a strength? Even if she judges wrongly most of the time, and can't see the good in people most times, at least she can see the evil in people.
No hobbies? You said she was really hands on, so maybe to clear her head, she likes to whittle. She could just go on a walk with her knife, pick up a chunk of wood, and start carving away. :)
Ooooh Eulalia is her best friend AND worst enemy? Interesting. :D
Around the world, the super majority of people have some sort of religion. People isolated in the Amazon rainforest for example have come up with their own belief system, usually has to do with spirits. Maybe the homunculi are in a similar situation?
Well that's all I have for critiques, but I really like the way this story is going. I like the whole trapped in the woods thing, that's really intriguing! Keep writing, I'm really excited for it!
