Blinks like crazy when she's about to cry.
Speaks in French when agitated. And it's not even her mother tongue.
Has a tattoo that says "Oui, Oui, Oui" Backstory: So on her 21st birthday she was stupid and went out with a bunch of friends, got drunk, and went to get a tattoo, but get this, she ended up not getting a tattoo because she fainted and when she woke up she was on a bench with her friends and a dude was trying to help her get up. All she could say was, "Oui, Oui, Oui" and he laughed and fell in love with her and now whenever she does something stupid he goes, "Oui, Oui, Oui". The end.

Someone who reads random Wikipedia articles and always has facts up their sleeve, some examples:

-Betty White is actually older than sliced bread
My only advice is I see in other peoples comments there are a lot of symptoms of mental illness/disorders and such. While I think it's awesome to have diverse characters I urge you to do your research and write said characters well as opposed to adopting those traits as "quirks" or things that make them "weird". Basically, don't make them the butt of jokes.
Cannot tell the difference between 'they're', 'there', and 'their'.
Greatly annoys all grammar freaks.
Multi-lingual.
can fit anything into their pockets like nobody knows how it works they just put stuff in their pockets and it doesn't get crushed, for example, puppy? no problem! lemme just…. there we go! its head is sticking out though. I hope it doesn't pee, my water bottle is in there…
also, they know super random facts that literally everyone else thinks are fake but the only person that believes them is the one that knows the facts. sometimes they'll use these facts to start a conversation or fill a silence. for example, did you know that if you fill a syringe with air and then stick it between your fingers or toes it'll mimic a heart attack? just random crap like that where nobody expects it.
If you're writing a weird character just make them different like maybe give them a weird walk or maybe give them an odd tendency to karate-chop certain items.
Has 3 goldfish, all of which are named Martin.
They like to move to and from places on there hands, instead of walking.
