Hi! I'm Evelyn! That over there is my gay twin, Evan (HEY! No need to call me out over like that!) We would like to make new friends! (You want to make new friends) Shush. You need a boyfriend (I do NOT) Anyways, come say hi! ((If you wish to speak to another one of my characters just ask of their whereabouts or say their name))
(An ominous flurry of feathers and caws whirl around in a spiral pattern. The black plumage of the crows and ravens conceal whatever being is caught between their flight. Slowly and surely, they disperse and reveal a tall, dark bipedal being covered in course black fur. The hair on its head is long and mobile, swaying and curling while its host is stagnant. It dons a bedsheet as a robe, ripped and worn from being used an determined amount of time. The creature looks down onto the two young humans and flashes a toothed grin while waving its clawed hand.) "Yo! What's up, fellow humans!" (It is obviously not human.)
(I AM A NORMAL HUMAN WORM BABY! Also. Check out this REALLY good short story book called Slasher Girls and Monster Boys. It has a really cool story about a raven girl in there) "Oh sup!" Evelyn had on a band t-shirt and ripped jeans, with rainbow fishnets underneath sitting at the back corner of the coffee shop. ("Uh Ev?") "What?" (He whispers in her ear. They both look almost the exact same, except he wore a blue hoodie and regular jeans.) "I know that,I just don't care! Be nice." ("That's saying something coming from you. But . Hello.")
(The creature leaned back and smiled. These kids look like a colorful sort and she couldn't wait to have a blast with them.) The name's Hel! So you're Evelyn and this doppelganger here is your brother? Cool beans! Do y'all have wicked cool magic powers or you're just the normal bunch? (Hel sat in mid air as she spoke, propping her elbow on her knee and resting her chin in her hand.)
Dunno, depends on who your talking to
Guy suddenly falls from… thin air… landing clumsily on his side, and jumping to his feet, looking around. He had longish yellow blond hair that was pulled back into what looked similar to a man bun. He only had one eye that was dark blue, the other covered by a black eyepatch. He was wearing a royal purple hoodie, and tan cargo pants.
He looked around seeming mildly confused, but he didn't look to panicked about falling out of thin air. He spotted the other people and gave a sigh. "Anyone, wanna chat?" he asked looking between the people here.
Evelyn shoved Evan at him. "WOAH HEY oh hi. I'm Evan. That's my crazy sister Evelyn." Evelyn on the other hand was making herself comfortable sitting next to Hel.
"I am Tolkalee," the man nodded to Evan. "Quick question are we on earth? Or is this just like a pocket dimension? Or are we on a totally different planet? I'm really confused."
"Pocket dimension. Earth but with magic. And super open mindedly and accepted. Don't fuck shit up."
"Wasn't planning on it, but okay," Tolkalee laughed. "So, what are your favorite things to do?"
"Mine? Piano, write, theatrical arts. Stuff like that. You?"
"I like writing, and wood carving. Or any other physical activity. I don't get a lot of free time, and quite honestly I'm pretty glad of that. I like staying busy. What's your job?"
"I'm a film producer." He said with a grin. "You?"
"Iiiiii'm…. ah. Well, I'm a healer part time, an explorer part time, a peace keeper part time, and a warrior full time," Tolkalee gave a half smile. "Like I said, I keep myself busy."
A young teenage girl was crouched in a dark, shadowy corner, her white wings covering her body, and she was well aware that her wings would be likely to give her location away. She trembled in fear, unsure of where she was. One moment she was running from her ex-captor, and the next she was in this strange location. She listened to some other people she didn't know make light conversation, averting her eyes.
Tolkalee glanced around and his eye settled on the place that the girl was crouched. "Miss? Are you okay? You seem a little distraught." He'd heard her trembling, not having seen her because she was on his blind side. The sound of trembling was familiar to him.
"I… Where am I?" she whispered, looking up at Tolkalee with wide eyes, fear clearly displayed in them.
"A pocket dimension," Tolkalee smiled, he walked over to her and offered a hand. "These are usually created so that people can converse without fear. I've also come across some that are for people to find healing. I'm Tolkalee."
Another person appeared in the centre of the room in a literal puff of smoke, looking rather alarmed. Even without a sudden appearance, he would come off as odd to most people. His hair was shaved at the sides but the top was long enough to be pulled back into a ponytail. It was also bright pink. He had odd eyes, pale green and coppery brown, many piecings, the most distinctive was the snake bite on his lip, and a tattoo just visible under his shirt collar. He wore rather gothic looking clothing and intense makeup. "-the hell?" He said, revealing teeth not dissimilar to a single row of sharks teeth.
The girl cracked a small smile. "…I'm Maddie," she replied, taking Tolkalee's hand and clambering to her feet. Her wings sheltered her from the "outside world," but still, she peeked over the ede of her wing and peered curiously at the newcomer. "Who are you?" she whispered to him.
"My guess is that he's a traveler as well," Tolkalee shrugged, stepping to the side so that she could see better. "Are you doing okay? You seem a little uneasy. Is there anything I can do?"
The new kid yelped as Maddie spoke. He pointed a hand to himself and asked silently me?. "I'm Thirteen. Like the number." He frowned slightly as he said this.

"…thanks for asking, but not really," Maddie replied, nibbling at her lower lip. If this really was a so-called "pocket-dimension," then what had happened to her ex-captor?
The new kid yelped as Maddie spoke. He pointed a hand to himself and asked silently me?. "I'm Thirteen. Like the number." He frowned slightly as he said this.
Maddie wrinkled up her face in confusion. "Thirteen? What kind of name is that?"
Tolkalee took a step back to let the kids continue talking. He turned to look at Evan again. "I think I like it here. It's been a while since I had a break. I just recently had my house burned down. And I'm still not quite sure why."
Thirteen scowled at Maddie. "Wow, thanks." He gave Tolkalee a strange look then sat down on the floor, for no reason.
