Owlheart tensed at Copperflame's words. Cyrstalpaw is not weak. She brushed it off. She'd worry about it later. She smirked back at Crystalpaw, and lunged at him, claws sheathed.

Crystalpaw dodged under her and quickly spun around to face her. He let a growl resonate in his throat, excited to fight an opponent that wasn't his mentor.

Owlheart quickly spun around. She lunged forward, but landed slammed her paws down before Crystalpaw had the chance to move. She let out a satisfied purr as she pinned him to the ground. She backed away and let him get to his paws, making sure to stay out of reach.

Crystalpaw let out a yelp when she crashed into him. He got up hurriedly and shook himself off.

(sorry for short answers, I'm not great with fighting scenes)

Copperflame let out a quiet sigh, "Crystalpaw! always be on high alert when battling, im sure Featherbreeze has at least taught you that!" the tom mewed at Crystalpaw, the apprentice looked over at Copperflame for a breif moment before nodding and facing Owlheart.

Crystalpaw leapt forward this time, determined to impress Copperflame. Owlheart dodged sideways and pushed her paws onto his side. He was knocked across the clearing and rolled a bit when he hit the ground. He scrambled up, panting already.

Copperflame smirked, "Crystalpaw, when she runs at you, run at her and go from there!"

Owlheart looked over at Copperflame, flicking her tail. alright, so i guess I'll run at Crystalpaw, see if he does what Copperflame says… the cream she-cat got into a fighting position and then ran at Crystalpaw, Crystalpaw hesitated at first but then ran at Owlheart, Crystalpaw jumped in the air, as high as he could apparently. Owlheart watched in amazement as Crystalpaw jumped over her, using his hind legs to push on her back and to give himself a bit of a boost as he landed on the other side of her. stumbling a bit, Owlheart looked over at Crystalpaw, "that was amazing!" Copperflame stood up, "very good Crystalpaw."
