"Das pretty cool u guys, tho Virion does the manipulation thing too" He yawned again, rubbing one of his eyes as he pointed towards the elf, who was chilling on his chair silently. Hearing his name, Virion made a short motion with his hand and tilted his head like saying "It's no big deal"
Lilith tilted her head and begun to list off things. "Murder, overthrowing about three governments, kidnapping, arson, lot's of arson, demonic manipulation, stealing, general crime, memes, some more murder, etc."
"Memes? " Sadao laughed. "That seems a little out of place. I'm not judging or anything just curious"
"I have a library of memes." She shrugged. "It's my greatest achievement."
"Do you really need a solid reason to wreck chaos? I do it for fun" Hiryur commented, taking out a pocket mirror and carefully lining his lips again in dark lipstick
"Where do you get that lipstick? It's so cute!" Sadao asked Hiryur
"You do have a good point, I was created for a cosplay tag then inserted into my story." Lilith sighed. "Now, because of plot holes, I break the fourth wall."
"Thank you!" Hiryur smiled, arching his newly lined lips into a stretched "w" like an anime cat. "Virion usually buys it for me, he's the one who goes out most. I want people to focus on my mouth when i speak, you know?"
"Good point. If they focus on your mouth and it's distracting, they'll be offgaurd when you stab the,."
"Stab or better yet, strangle them to death" he grinned, a dark purple whisp of smoke crawling out of one of his sleeves, transforming into a chain like object. He grabbed it and stretched it out like it was a whip, his stance and grin making him resemble a dominatrix.
Lilith nodded approvingly. "I like your style." She remarked, waving her hand, making a staff with a wicked-looking blade on its end appear.
"What a lovely arsenal you both have" Mahiru chuckled crossing her legs and sinking in her chair. "I have a few myself, a whole collection actually - too bad some of my items ended up being stolen or lost. I recovered most of them, but one particular sword is too stubborn to return to me - apparently he's developed a preference for owners."
"Let me guess, people who fit the hero archetype?" Lilith asked, flicking her hand again and making the staff vanish. "I usually use a gun, it's easier that way, but I do like the aesthetic of my staff."
"Hero archetype? they're all kids under 15. But i suppose they do qualify for the role, given they somehow got their hands on one of my strongest items and modified it so that the demon within doesnt listen to me anymore." she sighed, playing with one of her long earrings.
"My essence is stretched over two stories. In one, I'm part of a group, in the other, I'm stuck with him." Sadao gestured with distaste towards Tyson. "Two seperate universes. I've been told this is why my personality is a little topsy-turvy."
“I’m usually the distraction while the more important ones get away. Once they; they being the good ones; realize I was the distraction, my group is already gone.” Cassowary wasn’t sure what to say they were specialized in. “I suppose marksmanship and machinery is my specialty, though. And tracking.”
"Machinery and tracking, interesting" Mahiru commented, leaned back in her chair. "What kind of machinery are we talking about?"
“Additions to ones’ body to make life easier, or maybe just for looks, or replacing missing body parts. In my case, it assists my job.” Cassowary tapped their metallic feet on the ground, which were less human in design and more claw like. They also unveiled their secondary pair of arms, ones they hid under their jacket.
“It is also how I received my name, Cassowary.” They paused. “Part of the reason, anyways.” They added.
"Fascinating" she supported her head with her hand, curiously admiring Cassowary's 'additions'.
Sadao slipped a phone out of his coat pocket and read through some messages. He made a panicked face and typed desperately.
Peran stopped humming and glanced at Sadao. "What's that?" He asked, waving at the phone. "What are you doing? Is something wrong?" He giggled and let his hands rest on his chest. "Honestly, you guys talk a lot. I talk a lot. I think I talk more."
"Oh, it was Aiko, he wanted to come and see what I was doing. As if I'd let him in here. It'd be like a wolf amongst sheep. No. Way." Sadao said through gritted teeth
"Aiko" Tyson scoffed suddenly looking very displeased. He looked away and crossed his arms.
"Who's that?" Hiryur asked, munching on a sandwich he got from who knows where
Sadao growled. "One of my colleagues. From one of my stories. Not a very nice person really. He can sense a blood wound as well as a shark. That's his power. Worsening said blood wound."
