(Hop in whenever, you don't have to ask, just throw a character or three in and have fun)
This side of the city was dark, but it didn't bother Tonakee. She was blind anyway, but it was nice to get out for a while. For the past month she'd been working non-stop. Now she was just taking some time to relax away from everything. Maybe she make some new friends.
Tempest sat on the park bench, soaking in the cool night air. She didn't want to go home, and the weather was perfect, and best of all, no mortals were around.
Tonakee continued along the side walk and entered a park. She could smell the ocean from here. It was nice.
Tempest stood up and walked over to an elderly oak, placing a hand on the tree. She felt waves of strong, slow strength, and smiled.
Tonakee heard something quiet. Light breathing, someone else was here. She walked around trying to pinpoint their location.
Tempest's head snapped up as she heard footsteps. Her smile vanished and she pulled her hood low over her face so that her eyes glowed faintly and her features were hidden.
Tonakee stopped when she heard the sudden movement. "Hello?" she said softly.
Tempest breathed a sigh of relief as she realized that it was a woman. "Hello."
Tonakee stepped around the tree to where she knew she was in full sight.
(Is this before or after the Triplet rp?)
(Let's say it's before, since they haven't really met in the Triplet rp)
(Alright.)
Tempest turned to see the newcomer. "Who are you?"
"My name is Tonakee, what's yours?" she asked putting her hands into her hoodies pocket.
Tempest hesitated. Her name was not a normal one. "Te-Terry."
Tonakee listened to her voice, that was a lie, she thought. But having used a different name before she didn't care. "You wanna walk together? It's nice to have company sometimes."
Tempest shrugged. "Sure." She walked over to the woman. She had a different aura than most mortals, but she couldn't put her finger on it.
"So, where you from Terry?" she asked beginning to walk forward again.
"I'm actually not from around here," Tempest said.
"Hey same!" Tonakee looked in her direction.
Tempest turned to her. "Where are you from?"
"Light years away," she gave a short laugh. Then she sighed happily. "Don't you love the smell of the ocean?"
Tempest gave a small smile. "Yes, I do."
"How long are you going to be here?" Tonakee asked.
Tempest shrugged, looking up at the sky. "A couple months, maybe."
A loud rustle from a bush caused Tonakee to jump. She realized that it was just a rabbit and relaxed again. "I thought it was anβ¦." she trailed off realizing what she was about to say.
