Lily nodded. “Just do anything you can…”
Lily nodded. “Just do anything you can…”
"Alright, just… don't freak out." Eli says as he sits on the floor, hands pressed against the floor, the tips of his fingers turning into roots of some sort. Aura follows, though she remains standing up, eyes closed and arms to the air.
Lily’s siblings were nowhere to be found. Lily was looking over her shoulder in case someone came. She really didn’t want to explain what happened to any more people.
I…" Aura paused, she stops reading the room, sighs and looks at the girl directly in the eye, "Darling, I'm sorry… I can't find anything…"
"I'm afraid I can't ser anything or anyone either…" adds Eli.
Lily sighed. “Great, this is just great!” she kicked the ground.
(This is dope; I wanna join)
Cooper walked sipping a hot cup of black coffee. "Hello my fellow people of this Earth." He then yawned and plopped down on the floor
(Sorry for being incredibly late, life has been a mess recently… and yes, everyone can join)
Aura sighed, she wanted to help, she wanted to help yet it just seemed as if something was odd, her powers weren't working or the missing person simply wasn't there, she wanted to try to comfort Lily, yet now another voice had joined.
Eli turned at the new person, "Oh, hello, excuse me, we are trying to look for a missing child, have you seen any?" he had no clue to go by but it was something.
“A-Actually my siblings are teenagers,” Lily told Eli as she started pacing back and forth. She was scared. What if they were hurt?! Or worse..killed?!
(Aight imma hop in)
Three knocks are heard from the other side of the entrance door; it seems someone is waiting outside.
"Oh well, should be easier to find," he says, "I hope…" at the end of the day Eli wasn't sure of that, but it was unwise to show doubt, it wouldn't be helpful, "If we knew the layout of this place… perhaps that way we would know where to look for…"
Lily nodded, still visibly nervous. “M-Maybe…” she muttered as she continued to pace and look around. “If only I knew where to start…”
"Do you have any memory of the room you where in first?" Asked Aura, "Maybe that could be a start, if you can remember the room or the way you came we can try using that as a reference point."
Lily shook her head. “I kinda hit my head when I came here,” she laughed nervously before sighing. “I wish I knew though…”
"Perhaps…" Eli seems puzzled, pensative.
"If it helps," Aura tells him as he looks down, taping his fingers against his head, "That's his way of thinking," she tells Lily.
"Would you allow me your hands? I can try looking in for any lost memory, I promise not to peer on anything that is not of my concern."
(this is where as the one who runs the rp asks you if you want to make something up or I can just make a little story for what happened)
(Make up a little story, please)
Lily took a deep breath before nodding. “S-Sure…” she smiled a little. She opened her hands towards Aura, still nervous but not as much as earlier.
"Eli, if you would help me with this…" while Aura takes one of Lily's hands Eli takes the other, both tired to focus, to find a path among all memories and even an answer.
There's a room, dark, empty, voices, feet running and, eyes open, they are Lily's eyes, her point of view, the room turns into a lobby of sorts, monotonous beige walls and wooden floors with couches and locked doors, an archway that leads to only one place, the room they all were earlier, paths appear, paths dissapear, the hallway is long enough to forget anything else.
They both exchange looks, "We are on the hallway," says Aura.
"We may have a clue, let's just keep walking until we reach the lobby you appeared in, no time to explain."
Lily stayed quiet, not wanting to disrupt them. This was important and based on what she knew about psychics, they couldn't be disturbed.
Aura's eyes seem to go wide, she grabs Lily by the wrist and starts walking, more like sprinting, Eli follows, "Miss, if we are not wrong then this place seems to pushing you away from your siblings on purpose, like some sort of pokcet dimention willing to morph itself—" he cuts himself before going into a tangent "Long story short, you appeared in a loby of some sorts and your siblings were taken to other rooms and this place made you forget about everything and blocket any other route."
"If we can find the lobby maybe we can find a way to unlock all paths." adds Aura
Lily looked away. “Okay…” she muttered as she tried to find something to help the situation.
The corridors are long, everything is the same, all the life the previous rooms had is gone and now everything looks badly lit and empty, dusty, like it will crumble down soon, lightbulbs flickering and buzzing, "We have to follow the path, I can't see another path." Aura turns at Eli who stopped briefly to touch the walls.
"You're right, it appears I can't read the building either, we can only keep moving forward."
Lily nodded, rushing ahead of them. Only one thing was on her mind and that was finding her siblings. Please! Not again! she cried to herself, remembering her brother’s death.
"We are here…" said Aura, the lobby would be empty if it wasn't for the desk and chairs, drimly lit and the wooden floors had turned into carped and the walls were now dingy wallpaper, cobwebs on every corner and the buzzing of the lightbulbs was the only thing keeping them from being silent, there were doors, wooden, scratched, Aura knew it wasn't going to be easy opening them but it was worth a try.
"Locked…"
Eli on the other hand had remained still, whispering, as if he was going over a list of things that could happen, "There could be a key, but due to the nature of this it it's also likely there isn't a need for one, maybe a mechanism, perhaps a series of events we can trigger…"
Lily started to pull on the doorknob, desperate to get through. “Please, please!” she cried as she set her foot on the door. Tears were falling from her eyes as she continued to pull.
