Ember elbowed Tempest who shooed away his sister with a little blush

Maeryn laughs, “Why thank you! For now I guess I can take a single room…” As he glances to his right, he spots Tempest. He gives him a little wave, before returning his attention to Joshua with his hand out for a room key.

"Here you are sir please enjoy and let your friends know of the Seaside Stay." Josh said, handing over a keycard to a second floor room

Tempest waved back and smoothed down his blue polo shirt offering to take any bags since the Elk bellgirl was nowhere to be seen, most likely preparing other rooms

“Will do sir!” He jokingly salutes Josh as he takes the keycard, pocketing it and turning back around to Tempest. Maeryn floats his bag over to Tempest, “You sure you want to do that? It’s heavier than it looks.”

"yeah I'll be-" He huffs a bit as the luggage's weight is dropped into his arms "…fine." He then decides to shift into his canine like form, the luggage's weight no longer a problem.

Maeryn eyes light up in surprise, he did NOT know Tempest could do that. “Oh wow!!! That’s so cool!!!” He grins, “Weird question, can I pet you? Oh wait- can you even talk like that??? Is that a thing?? Oh! Are you a werewolf or is that like, not the right term??? I’ve never met someone like this before!!!”

He grins and answers Maeryn's questions in almost the exact original order

It's called an anthro shifter…and yes petting is kinda nice for my kind." His tail wags weakly behind him as he spoke

“Anthro shifter… we don’t have that kinda stuff where I’m from!” He shuffles over and scratches Tempest behind the ear. “Is that alright?”

Tempest gives a lazy smile and his tongue sticks out a bit "Yeah that feels great…what room number is yours?" he asked, as he was still holding the luggage in one paw like hand.

“268 I believe! My goal of the day is to drop my stuff off and then chill out in the lobby! I’m an entertainer, I do stage magic and stuff of that sort. Maybe I’ll do a little performance for you and your… sister there? Since you’ve been so helpful.” He rambles a little bit and pulls his hand away, giving her a small finger wave.

Em nods her head a bit, she had a purple tank top and jean jacket on along with a a pair of camo pants. She didn't do the whole 'dress up thing' but just wore what she always wore

Tempest looked thrilled "Oh you do that slight of the hand human magic or real magic?" He asked as he pressed a button on the elevator door

“Psh, my magic is totally real!!! It’s stage magic, sure, but I’m the real deal.” He says, rocking back and forth on his feet. “I can sorta do slight of hand if you like that though! It’s not my specialty. I do like… stuff with fire, card tricks, etc etc etc.”

hiro walked up to maeyrn " would you like for me to carry your things to your room sir?" hiro said, her ears twiched a bit when she sensed his aroura, ~ a warelock!~ she thought

I walk to the desk and I set my bag down Hello I scratch diamond little chin as she stand on my shoulder

hiro had a happy aura round her, she wasn't the only magical thing.

Maeryn smiles at Hiro, “I’m alright doll face! Tempest here has me covered.”

hiro hiro bowed slightly to be polite, she went over to the other guests. " do you need help with your bags sir" she asked dk.

Josh stood at the front desk, waiting for others to rent a room. He looked up and smiled as Death came up "Hello would you like to rent a room?"

Tempest had stepped into the elevator with Maeryn and hummed along to the lobby music that gently played "Well I look forward to that!" Tempest told the stage magician as they rode up.

Ember gave Hiro a little head pat, making sure to avoid her sensitive ears "You're doing good so far Miss Shimada" Em said giving a rare little smile.

Sophie took in the breath of fresh air, enjoying the lovely view. Roze ran around the room, jumping on couches in her regular wolf form, the size of a normal wolf but red. Her green eyes lit up when she found an open fridge with steak.
Sophie looked down through the glass floor coming back into the room. “Roze! Stop!”
Roze already had the steak in her mouth. “What?”
