He made sure she was good. He got out his knitting needles and started to knit

Nyx laughed, but it quickly turned into a hacking cough.

"What's funny?"

"You're knitting."

"So?" He asked, confused

"I just think it's cute."

"Thanks… I may make you something…"

"Like what?"

"A beanie."

She nodded her approval.

"You want that? In what color?"

"I don't know." She snuggled under the covers and watched him through bleary, half-closed eyes.

"Go to sleep…"

So she did.

He finished making a beanie for her in the color of her eyes

She twitched in her sleep and murmured something.

He put it on her head

She twitched again, murmuring something unintelligible.

He fell asleep with her

Nyx eventually woke up to discover that not only was there a beanie on her head, one of his arms was wrapped tightly around her stomach.

He was asleep.

Nyx pulled her bunny out from underneath his chest and snuggled with it. She also kissed the top of Vozreal's head.

He woke up.
"Nyxie?"

"Yeah, Vozzie?"

"I love you."
