Evelyn was just about to pass out when her phone started ringing. She groaned. "Nooo….why do I have to have a social life." She grabbed it. "Oh it's from GandK!" She picked up. "This is Cherry Bomb reporting for chaos how may I assist your vengeance today? Huh? Red eyes black hair-no can do Padre. That's my boyfriend. 6 million huh? Nice to know I have someone that's worth a lot." She hung up and was about to put her phone away when it rang again. "Hey mom? Mhm. Oh I'm alright. No not yet, he's still kicking but I'll get him. Potluck? Sure I can swing by tomorrow. Is everyone else gonna be there? Awesome! Even Clara? Fuck yeah…oh sorry mom. Yup. Bye love you too,see you tomorrow." She hung up and flung her phone across the room. "Shit now I'm all awake."
He laughed softly as she left his embrace. Hearing the conversation between her and a potential customer, he smiled. 6 Million? Was he really worth that much? Perhaps to some people. He sat up, looking outside the window when she was talking to her mother. When she finished, he turned back to her and immediately wrapped his arms around her body, resting his head on her shoulder. He stayed quiet, not saying anything. Just being there.
She giggled. "Someone's clingy. Not that I mind. Should I get redressed?" She asked, looking at him with love in her eyes. The look was soft, and protective, and also very glad he was with her and against her now. She suddenly grabbed his face and began to pepper him with kisses all over, unable to wipe the smile off of her face.
Of course, she was Evelyn. He’d better been expecting something like that and yet he didn’t… which was a mistake on his part. He laughed softly as she was giving her kisses. God… this was their first day together and she’d been able to make him blush and smile this much? He wondered to it would be like to spend everyday with her. Troublesome? Maybe. Dangerous? Absolutely. Worth it? Most definitely…
(Yis they should move in together before Evelyn get's a disease by the rats or kills every single person that looks at her the wrong way in her part of town.) "Well? You haven't answered my question?" Was the only break she took from her barrage of love, giggling. "Huh huh? What's the answer?" She teased, before kissing him on the lips and, seemingly done for now, she snuggled into his side, arms wrapping around him tight. (THEY'RE SO CUTE I COULD CRYYYYYY)

His answer was a small laugh before he quickly pressed his lips back against hers, not even caring that she was topless right now. Her natural state was her most beautiful state. Then again, every state of her was beautiful in its own way. He closed his eyes, slowly sliding his tongue in between her lips.
She blushed and pulled away. "N-none of that right now. I really don't have the strength for a second round and make out sessions are a huge turn on for me. So for now just light kisses and snuggles please. We'll have to head back to the store since my moms potluck is tomorrow. I'm just gonna stick a pie in the oven and call it good."
He opened his eyes when she pulled back, nodding as he too stopped. He then proceeded to shower her with cheek kisses and pecks to the forehead, laughing between some of the kisses. He snuggled up against her body, burying his face into her skin.
“I love you…” he said in a quiet tone.
She blushed and looked away, and took a few breaths. Then a few more. "I love you too." She said, her tone though was barely above a whisper. She nuzzled into him. "In fact I adore you. And. I need you." She said this with a single nod of certification. "I'm actually really interested in you meeting my family tomorrow. They're a handful and, if you ever need a break from so many people just let me know. I'm here for you through…through thick and thin."
He nodded subtly, smiling softly.
“I hope they would like me,” he mentioned subtly, nuzzling up against her more. “I hope they don’t mind a wanted criminal in their household,” he spoke with a low and calm tone.
"Half of us are wanted criminals my mom included you'll fit right in." She grinned. "Don't tell them you kill people tho if they ask. Tell them you are the new roadie for my band. A roadie is basically a dude who sits in the van and guards it, and also helps to set up band equipment. Amps,chords, instrument's,all the good stuff. Just. To kinda lead them into it ya know?"
“I see.” He spoke. He slowly let go of her, sitting up right and looked out the window.
“Are your legs feeling better yet, my love?” He asked, not facing her yet. He didn’t want to get unwanted emotions.
"A bit. It's still tough to move them." She said with a sigh. "Hey get back here! I'm not done cuddling you!" She said in a demanding tone,crossing her arms in defiance. "I am NEVER done snuggling my honey bun."
When she ‘demanded’ more of the snuggling, he forcefully tackled and hugged her again. He chuckled softly, tickling the side of her belly for a moment before burying his face in her belly, shaking his head slightly as he grinned like a maniac.
She giggled and laughed. "HEY wait stop that tickles!" As he shook her head his hair flopped over her midsection, tickling it, making her squeal and kick her legs, while trying to push him fair. "Not fair stop that!" She squirmed around. "You're so mean!
Connor fell back a bit when she moved around so much, letting out a bright laugh before he returned to hugging her normally and patting her head.
“I’m your meanie after all,” he spoke in almost childish voice. Himself from yesterday would probably be dying if he saw this…
"Damn right you are!" She hugged him tightly and with intensity. "Any girl try to take her and I swear I will beat her too such a bloody pulp the cops won't be able to identify her when they find the body." She growled this out, fiercly overprotective over her vampire. "MINE. My love."
He gently hit her arm.
“M-Maybe hug me— a-a little less… intense? Next time? Dear lord I still want to keep my life and soul to take care of you,” he spoke very softly, meaning everything as both a joke and a truthful speech.
"No. Mine. If you die come back as a ghost and haunt my ass." She said this still hugging him. She definitely was very much a firecracker, excitable for sure.
(I would love for Evelyn and Connor to interact in the in character chat on discord. like cute murderous beans. Mostly Evelyn causing trouble and Connor trying to stop her, and just all other characters being really lost. I think it'd be fun.)
“F-Fair enough…” he let out as more of a breath and nothing more. He looked around the room again, possibly looking for something they could do together. His mind wandered aimlessly before his eyes settled on the kitchen.
“You want me to cook you something?”
"Uh yes please." She grinned and kissed his cheek, before slowly getting up, grabbing her guitar from her room, and coming out. She sat down and began to strum away on the guitar, humming to herself as she played.
He went over to the fridge, looking for things he could use to cook with. In the end, some eggs, bacon, english muffins, lemon, and cheese were all that he needed. Sure, he wasn’t an expert in the kitchen but he knew how to make some things. Eggs benedicts were one of them. Immediately, he’d created working on the hollandaise, humming as he did.
