“Oh I wasn’t meaning too be mean I was just assuming,” Eli said apologetically. He looked over at Jason eyes wide “The Midtown Fire.” Eli mumbled under his breath.

Gracie sighed. "It's alright I guess…" she looked at Jason when Eli mentioned the fire. "Wait you were behind that?" she asked in alarm.
“No…. I don’t sense fault on his Conscience,” Eli said softly. “I sense blame I think..”
"Why…" Gracie started, then shook her head. "Nevermind…" leaning gently against Etta, sighing.
Jason let out a sigh. So much for that 'fresh start' idea, he thought.
A look of trepidation and dismay came across his face as he slumped forward in his chair. Thoughts and memories of those that had been injured or even killed raced through his mind. He really did feel guilty for not warning others of the impending danger that day. If I hadn't simply ran outside like I did, poor Jane wouldn't have been hospitalized and put into a medicaly induced coma; others would still be alive.
"I was framed for the whole gym fire incident. I don't exactly know why, nor by who, but I do have some ideas." He looks to Gracie again, this time addressing her blindness. "So what if you're blind in one eye; that doesn't matter to me, and it shouldn't matter to anyone else either. You're still capable of living your life, Gracie. Screw anyone who thinks otherwise!"
(If you two want to know more about Jason I can share the story that he's from, Rising Flame, with you; just let me know…. Though I'm still writing it. Since its nearly 2:30 am for me, I'm gonna get some much needed sleep. Goodnight/morning y'all!)
(I feel you I write books too and I stay up till like 3:00 am just trying to finish one of the many ideas for my story I like realistic fiction but Fantasy books are ok)

“Ya, Gracie people suck I’ve been bullied for…. reasons… but now I’m here. Of course I still have bullies but I’ve learned to stand up for myself,” Eli said proudly to Gracie. “Oh and Jason, I won’t tell anybody about Midtown,” Eli told Jason smiling.
"Thanks… I guess," Gracie replied. Looking at the doorframe, she reached out a hand, leaning over hoping it wasn't too far and she wouldn't fall over. Her hand hit solid material. Oh thank goodness I didn't fall, she thought.
Jason stood up from the table that he had sat at. "Now I have to try to go get a new map since I accidentally scorched the one that I had."
Gracie gave Jason a half-smile. "What's your first class? We might have the same one, we could walk there together if you want…"
(Also what time is it in school rn? Like at lunch, first class, ect.)
(Sorry, I've been having wifi/internet problems…. Let's go with 1st hour.)
(Oof that's fine, I've been on a trip, and recently got to destination. Alrighty)
(Sorry I’ve been gone I went to a stay away camp and forgot to tell people so I’m back now)
“Ya what is your guys first class?” Eli asked following Jason and Gracie. Eli grabbed the map out of his pocket and handed it to Jason. “I don’t need it you can have mine” Eli smiles at Jason as he dug through is bag trying to find his schedule.
(Ah that's fine! I won't be active for the first half of the day probably tomorrow, driving back home…)
"Oh, that's very kind of you… I have to go to um… Trigonometry? Oh boy, I'm totally going to fail that class." Gracie responded, looking down at her schedule. (Don't blame me I just looked that up ok?) "What do you have?"
“I’m pretty good at trigonometry so if you want help with it I could tutor you sometime,” Eli grinned to Gracie. “I also have trigonometry for first period. What about you Jason?”
Oh nice, thanks for the offer," Gracie replied.
(( @SupernaturalSyGuyLovesSummer said they we're having internet issues, so I'm going to wait for them. ))
(Internet is back!!! 😁 Lol I'm going on a family camping trip for the weekend though.)
Jason took the map from Eli, and gave a small smile of gratitude. He pulled out his schedule, and saw that he also had trig first thing in the morning. "Oh yay, nothing like doing math when you're still partially asleep," he says, sarcasam practically oozing out with the words as melted chocolate, smooth and heavy on the tounge. His eyes drift further down the page to his 3rd hour class. Dread wells up inside him as he sees that it's gym, and the grip on his backpack, slung over one shoulder, tightens as he remembers his past experiences with that particular elective. He shakes his head and sighs, sauntering off to his locker.
Eli grabbed one of the silver bracelets out of his bag and secured it to his wrist. The bracelet helped him not use his powers. He glanced at Jason’s schedule and noticed third period. “I have gym for 3rd period too and here you can use this,” Eli said as he handed Jason the matching silver bracelet for the one he was wearing. “If you where this it will kind of tamper with your powers so you won’t be able to use your fire stuff when you wear it,”
"I guess… does anyone want to head to class early? We'll get to pick our seats first…" Gracie asked. She liked to do this, as that way, she could claim a seat at the back so she wouldn't block anyone's views. Seriously, that was her only reason for sitting at the back. Though she would rather sit in the front, she liked being polite.
“Ya, I don’t like getting to class late cause I like choosing where I sit. I don’t like being noticed so I sit in the back of the class, so people don’t pay attention to me. I know it’s sad but it’s true,” Eli said looking at his shoes.
(Is this still open?)
(Yep it is I’ll send you a character template if you want or you could just make a character)
(I'll just use the template from the first page. This is fantasy, right? Can my OC be a witch?)
(Yup Eli has Telepathy and Jason has fire powers a witch is ok)
"Oh, I would prefer getting a closer seat to the front, but I want to be polite as well… I usually get a seat at the back as well, just because Etta's a big creature." Gracie stood up.
“That’s understandable, I’m sorry for asking but why do you have Etta. I mean she is a lovely creature and an amazing pet I bet, but I’ve never heard of horses being support animals. So why is Etta a support animal,” Eli asked awkwardly fidgeting with his thumbs.
