Kyoko: I come from an empire called Auriya. It use to be called the United States back in 2019 when humans ruled the earth

Lux: Michigan? Auriya? United States? I've never heard of such places; tell me more!

Jason: [Smiles and laughs. He created a small firey map of the US, and puts a circle around Michigan.] That doesn't surprise me; after all, this is a different version of Earth…. Middle Earth, to be exact.

((Note: I still have to name the land/world that Lux comes from, so I'm using Middle Earth as a place holder.))

Kyoko: Creatures called the Cloakers wiped out all of humanity and settled in the United States and have ruled there ever since. Hellions, since all are part human and demon, were oppressed against and treated as lesser creatures…

Jason: [Speaking mainly to himself.] Good thing I live on alternate Earth, then…. I'm still a bit of an outcast though; good thing Mayor Jackson is funding the Superhuman Rights Act…. [Turns to Kyoko.] What are 'Cloakers'?

Kyoko: They're demigods

Lux: [I'm kinda surprised that nobody asked about the conversation between Lumen and myself.]

Kyoko: I know this is none of my business but… what were the two of you talking about?

((Gonna go for a bit, so this is on hold for now…. Besides that, others seem to have left…. :-(

Lux: Lumen and I? [Remains silent for a while.] Business. [Hesitant about talking about the Dark Time and Tritain.]

Kyoko: Business. Right

Nevihata: I don’t really have a specific place I come from..space I suppose, since most of the time I hang out in my ship. I guess the Kevara solar system. I’m there often.

Lux: [Sighs.] Tritain is a nymph that is to be executed tomorrow at dusk.

Kyoko: Executed? But why?

Lux: Treason, espionage, thievery, murder, kidnapping, slavery, starting a war that cost many lives, AND being responsible for the curse that I bear.

Kyoko: Oh god… Can't believe I almost felt bad for the poor thing

Lux: She definitely deserves it…. She's been judged and scentenced; tomorrow night, her head rolls…. Then I must prepare myself for 'The Dark Time'.

Kyoko: The Dark Time?

Lux: That is what I call the period of time that the curse is active…. Unfortunately, it can't be removed nor changed. I've lived with this since I was 10.

Kyoko: Oh… I'm sorry to hear that…

Lux: Don't be…. I've learned to live with it (Helps that I'm much older than I appear to be.)

Kyoko: Yeah, but it still doesn't make it okay..

Lux: No, no it doesn't…. Especially when this particular curse was placed upon me before I was even born. (And the things that I do if I don't take the precautions, and get myself locked up in time.)

Kyoko: [pulls Lux into a hug]

Lumen: [Reaches for his sword, but is stopped by a movement from Lux.]

Lux: [Hugs back.]
