Why they're evil: He's a widely-known serial killer who was known for killing young-adult females and taking their eyes and hands as a prize for the kills. He claims he has killed about 16 women, but 22 bodies have been found and traced back to him. He has also influenced many copycat serial killers to begin their own sprees.

Why they're evil: She's not evil evil, it's more like she lacks compassion and doesn't care about people. Her only goal is to have as much fun as possible and as a result, gets bored very easily. Which is a bad thing. She is denied the capacity of existence, but proceeds to do so anyway because she refused the reality formula that was integrated into her flesh. It makes sense in context, trust me.

Why they're evil: He's killed hundreds of people and burned down buildings for fun. And he kills people in the most painful, but fastest way ever. He leaves messages to the heroes and the police with the blood of his victims, and ocassinaly kills people to send someone a message. He thinks that all the insane (technically anyone who is sane) are there to be killed by him and other "sane" people. He has succeded in killing more than half of the population of the small town where he was born. With the ability to shapeshift into any human or animal he wants, he has put other people in prison by doing crimes as them.
Other: He's a villain. The police and heroes alike have tried to capture him, but have failed. He always manages to get away from the police and heroes's grasps. He doesn't get much sleep. He gets maybe only two hours a day, but still manages to stay awake. When he's not murdering people, he does his best to look like a normal civilian.

Why they're evil: Got wrapped up in some stuff and stuck with it. Has killed 15 or so people (not in battle) including their best friend. His favorite method is slitting throats with his favorite dagger but his favorite weapon is an ax head on a chain (this was his weapon in battle)
Other: he is a veteran of 'war' against a species called Skugga and he ended up killing a lot of people in battle too
