Nmere: "Perhaps they should do a study. Isolate eggs from birth mothers in one case, while keeping them with the natural in the other, then comparing how they react to things like stress, affection, and maturity."

Zenua: Hatchlings don't come home with the mother. They have to make it home themselves.
Gim-zhul: Gee… and I thought the way I was raised was hard.
