He flashes her a lazy salute. "Call me Cole."
Rayla winks at Cole.
"There's only a 15% chance." she teases before looking back at Jordie.
"I'm Rayla, resident power broker, overpowered dragonborn and happy demigod." she bows playfully.
"A fifteen percent chance is still a chance," Cole says. "Ma'am," He adds.
"Oh, deary me," Jordie giggles after saluting back to Cole. "And Rayla, you're a demigod? That sounds awesome."
Now's his chance! Cole slips out the door while Rayla and Blade are preoccupied by the newcomer. The next room contains a large landing and staircase, both rotting at the seams. "Oh no."
"Oh, hush, don't call me 'ma'am.'" she snorts.
"Yup! It really is." Rayla grins, straightening.
She turns just as Cole disappears, and shrugs.
Now's his chance! Cole slips out the door while Rayla and Blade are preoccupied by the newcomer. The next room contains a large landing and staircase, both rotting at the seams. "Oh no."
A brown haired youth with pale skin sits in the corner of the stairs, peering towards the entering person with nervous curiosity, and he seems to not have appeared there not too long ago.
Cole trots around the room. It's a lobby area - there's a behemoth of a front door across from the staircase. A large receptionist desk sits at one side while the other is the room he just came out of - oh! He and the others must have been in this place's relaxing area! "Hey Miss Rayla, I think this is actually a hotel!"
"Farewell, new friend!" Jordie dramatically exclaims after seeing Cole sneak out.
"Wow! It seems like everyone has some sort of talent here," She says, resetting her gaze to Rayla and the other girl.
Rayla listens to Cole and chuckles. "If it is, then go explore with that boy who just entered!"
She turns back to Jordie. "I gave Cole his power."
"Ohhh!" Jordie replies, now understanding.
Blade runs back in. "There's someone else here, I think." She notices Jordie. "Not you. But hi anyway, I'm Blade."
"Hi, Blade, I'm Jordie!" Jordie says, waving with one hand and fixing her hair with the other.
"Be glad you missed the most brain-sucking stuff," Blade tells her. She looks around. "Where's Cole?"
Jordie laughs at Blade's first comment. "I think he left? I saw him leave, but I'm not really sure where he went."
"Oh, hello," He cautiously approaches the brunette boy, leaving a good two feet between them. "You can call me Cole. What's your name?"
"Dang," Blade says. "Oh well. I'll find him later." She tosses herself back on the couch with Luna.
"A WOLF?!", Jordie screams in delight. "She's gorgeous!"
Blade blinks. "Yes… thanks, I guess?" Luna tilts her head and lets her tongue hang out.
Jordie grins, her mental state of a five-year-old starting to show.
"What's her name?" She says, a slight squeak in her voice.
"This is Luna." Luna jumps off the couch and sniffs Jordie's legs.

"Awww. She's so pretty. She also looks like she could murder me." replies Jordie, gently petting Luna's head.
"She could," Blade said. "But not unless I tell her to, which I won't."
