So, I just looked up how long it takes for blood to replenish. The human body will replace blood volume with plasma in 48 hours. As for blood after donating it, that takes anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks. Therefore, Dr. Seward was correct in saying that he simply cannot afford anymore blood loss.

Of course the telegram is delivered late.

I like that I can feel the dread that Seward and VH are feeling.

Lets use the back door into the kitchen like thieves instead of trying to use the front door!

Man, even sawing through wood can be tiring. Imagine sawing through iron bars!

How the heck is Lucy even still alive at this point!? I thought for sure that doctors Seward and Van Helsing would find her deceased!

They should be treating Lucy as if she had fallen through ice. Cover her up in blankets, place her in front of a fire, warm her up slowly, not giving her a warm bath.

I'm wondering what message the messenger has from Arthur Holmwood. (I actually almost forgot who he was since I last read. I remembered though; Lucy's to-be-husband!)
