Okay don't kill me but I haven't actually read any of the books. My friend hates books (except this series) and petty lil me is looking for a similar book to make him read. Ideas, anyone?
Update: he also says he likes Lord of the Rings and refuses to tell me why he likes either -_-
I haven't read it but I'm supposed to by Wednesday for book club so we'll see lol
OK so the books are really good
There's four of them: Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children, Hollow City, Library of Souls, Map of Days (which has just come out)
Unfortunately, I can't really help with an extra book series, but there's always a way to find them.
Most book stores with websites have a thing at the bottom of the page that says 'People who bought this product also bought:'
If you look at that, maybe you'll get some recommendations
Well I found that those books were slightly magic filled but had a good amount of action and horror. Incarcegeon (or something like that) is a good book, try that
If he likes Miss Peregrine, he might like the Wayward Children series by Seanan McGuire, the Secret Series by Pseudonimous Bosch (no clue if that's spelled right), and A Series of Unfortunate Events by Lemony Snicket.
Just saw this and may I say HELL YES! (I literally was reading the most recent one a few minutes ago.)
What about Harry Potter?
Oh boy he's gone on some long rants about how much he doesn't like it. I don't wanna talk about it it makes me too sad
"Fake history about fake history"
Hes hecka picky and I hate it
The False Prince books are really good, he might like those.
The Missing series by Margret Peterson Haddix.
The Missing series by Margret Peterson Haddix.
Also maybe Among The Hidden? I never read any of Haddix's books, but they seem interesting.
the miss peregrines books are my favorite
