Little one for whom my affection has grown,
Little bird who perches in the soul and sings a beautiful tome,
Thing with vivid feathers, like flamboyant sunrise tones,
A sight for sore eyes, for someone who thinks they are alone,
Little thing with feathers, never drop your tone,
Hopeful birdsong is the only kind I've ever known,
And of you I ask, but one simple thing,
Make a nest, settle down, for the tree of knowledge is your home,
Volleyball, music, reading, and zoology.
Probably fiction/realistic fiction. Also... GIVE ME BOOKS THAT MAKE ME CRY.
